Upgrade what we have presently to world standard before thinking of building new Universities that would become like the rest. Take a look at NDU and the new universities that were commissioned by GEJ, are they not even worse than the already existing ones?

If the government help the competent educational stakeholders by borrowing them money to expand their universities and start new universities, it would go a long way put things in order.
