Please no self medication. Just go for a dermatological test then get the prescribed drugs and take or apply as recommended.
FamilyRe: Family Problems About Remarrying by Jummeee(f): 9:17am On May 14, 2021
Oga please kindly block her line and tell her vehemently that you need space. This kind of woman will come into your house and turn it into a war front between her children and yours. It is all rosy now because she is plotting the graph. When she settles in and finds her footing, na that time your own go done.
RomanceRe: Why Do Igbos Renounce Marrying From This Particular Tribe? by Jummeee(f): 2:21pm On Oct 07, 2015
What on earth are you guys all talking about? Most of you saying Igbo's cannot marry hausas have not travelled outside your enclave to the North to see how igbo girls are marrying Hausa men and vice versa. 'Moi' is happily married to an Igbo man. prouldly Hausa with parents from Kano and Kaduna respectively. With love, religion does not matter, most especially if the parents on both sides are intellectuals (like mine).

It could be Tiro Aka eye liner. Try to pull the top and you will see it has some black powder in it.
I had a malam customer I used to buy spices from and he sells them. He sells the black powder and also diff types of containers for the tiro.
Its cow hide. What you call feather is the hair/fur from the cow. I see no feather there sha. Unless you removed them.
Seconded. We call it kwalli in hausa. It is tiro. If you take off the long lid, u will see a tiny broom-like stick with a finely grounded black powder inside. It is old school sha. People use Kajal nowadays. (Your babe fit don do love charm - lols) just kidding but who knows!

Just find your way to Ikeja - under the bridge that leads to the airport. The hospital is right there. U don't need to do any test (naija with shortcuts) just pay some money and get a cert. Of fitness. Don't ask me how I know sha.
HealthRe: What Can Cause This?? by Jummeee(f): 1:46pm On Mar 28, 2015
Well, my period smells awful when I take parlodel (Bromocriptine). It is a hormonal medication that helps lower the level of prolactin which is a hormonal imbalance that hinders ovulation. If you didn't take that then I suggest you visit a gynae for check up.

No offense, but is your husband by any chance born or grown/bred in the north?
Nope. He was born and bred in PHC and has only been to the North twice when we were preparing for our trad.
PoliticsRe: Do We Have Hausas On Nairaland At All? by Jummeee(f): 12:44pm On Feb 10, 2015
I, like most hausas on nairaland just enjoy reading all the tribalistic banter of most ibos, yorubas and other tribes and laugh at their childish display of ignorance. By the way, am happily married to an ibo man and can say most educated hausas are reserved and don't talk aimlessly.

PoliticsRe: The North Side And South Side Of Kaduna City by Jummeee(f): 1:41pm On Oct 05, 2014
Am currently on holiday in Kaduna(south of course) and the OP is absolutely right. The Southern part of the city is fast developing and most of the businesses are moving southward because of the feeling of safety of life and property. And the marginalisation by the current government is something else, if I may add.

Thank God! I'd almost lost hope of ever reading the continuation of MH after the big earthquake. Thank God I finally caught up. Enjoyed every bit of it and can't wait for an update. Flakky you are indeed a great writer.

PoliticsRe: Test Run Of Port Harcourt Mono Rail (photo) by Jummeee(f): 7:50am On Jul 24, 2014
That monorail is a complete waste of taxpayers money. Those pillars can build flyovers in Garrison, G.R.A junction, Artillery etc. That train you see is just fancy. It has not moved and will not move till I don't know when. Its not hating on Amaechi its being realistic.
HealthRe: Her Bosom Secretes Milk But She's Not Pregnant by Jummeee(f): 9:25pm On Dec 17, 2013
This unusual secretion of breast milk can be caused by excess prolactin. A hormone that causes the production of milk. This can also be a growth in the pitutuary gland that triggers the secretion of prolactin. Stress, reaction to drugs and depression can cause it. Am not a doctor but have read about it. So @op please advise the lady to go for hormone profile test because it can hinder pregnancy (for women who are married) when the prolactin level is very high.
