stephenlegal: Why you cannot protect an idea?
Yes,business/tech ideas cannot be protected.
Why? It is intangible. It is has no form.
What you must do? Therefore, your idea has to be in a form to be protected. It must be tangible.
In Nigeria. Here in Nigeria ,the following shall be eligible for copyright: (a) literary works; (b) musical works; (c) artistic works; (d) cinematograph films; (e) sound recordings; and (f) broadcast
Action Point: 1)Work the extra mile, and turn that 'eureka' to a form, then 2)protect it. And I have some and finding it difficult to disclose to anyone for fear of being hijacked from. |

flexyrule: Good for him. He is a fantastic player though.. Even though his performance keeps dwindling.. I still remember the days of the trio - William, Oscar and Hazard.. I enjoyed watching these three play together.
Meanwhile, everyone thought Chelsea would collapse after the exit of Hazard to Real Madrid.. But we got Captain America who has been doing us wonders. Soilder go, Soilder come... Barracks still remain. Where is Oscar? It's been ages I heard of him. |

LilMissRobbie: The way you're brazenly defending this person even without hearing me present proof is enough to make anyone conclude that the culprit is you! Go ahead with your beliefs little girl. Like I said, you have no idea about life. To you, it's about eating from your mother's pot and bathing from the soap bought and then be given an underwear to put on....all from no sweat of yours. Just to let you know, I sent the person the little I could whether she was real or fake. I leave that for God. |
Pets › Re: Dean Schneider; The Man That Belongs To A Lion’s Pride by JunctionBox: 4:19pm On Jul 25, 2020 |
LilMissRobbie: The person behind this account is a man and a serial nairaland scammer. Be Warned o Hello, I'm not holding brief for whoever is behind the account but how and when did you come to conclusion that the person is a man and a serial scammer? However, your post above made me to check your profile and from the DP, you are still a small girl still feeding from your mother's pot and being taken care of perhaps till your bathing soap and underwears without understanding life at all. Personally I don't encourage online begging cos it's difficult to substantiate between the fake and the real but considering the society/country we are living in, we all know the level of poverty and hardship people are passing through daily. Before you see someone summoning courage to beg online in spite of all odds, I think it's not proper to quickly jump into conclusion the person is a scammer. You never can tell what the person is passing through and at the same time, it could also be scam as you rightly said. My point is, don't quickly jump into conclusion that the person is a scammer with no substantial evidence. Don't forget, we live for ourselves and for others and we all need each other at some point in life. The above person could be real but you have hindered her from getting the needed help. That is not proper at all. |
