Setup with Siemens LOGO 8

The PLC takes analog inputs; Panel voltage, controllers
Current and battery voltage as 0-10v .

Panel voltage, controllers Current and battery voltage are converted to 0-10v by voltage and current transmitters, which can be read by PLC.

The Programmable logic controller gives you endless
Process variables ( Solar panel voltage and current, battery voltage, solar panel power production) control while minimising hardwares such as relays, contactors, switches etc. PLC makes changes to Solar set-up easy and flexible as changes are made in the PLC software . PlC are primarily for industrial control but there are relatively cheap PlCs in the market for home automation.
this na substation or house?

Can it be connected in series(for 24v) or is there a 24v version? There seems to be a tiny lcd screen on the battery, what does that display?
it can be connected in series. The display shows battery voltage and percentage

Abeg, which decoder dey chop 30 watts? Na those old type of decoders Una dey use?

Except it's DSTV PVR decoder which I believe won't even fully gulp more than 15w to 20w consumption, most other decoders are in the range of 3 watts, 4 watts

If your 43 inch TV has energy saving option and you get it activated, you can end up with lower consumption of between 40 watts to 45 watts.
only hdd on pvr takes about 15-25w. unless is ssd which am yet to see and will be costly than the entire pvr. the only way a decoder can consume 10-15w is when you have one LNB. each LNB consumes about 5-10w depending on the size. having multiple LNB means more consumption

Lol that's understandable, as to BMS you mean your 12v BMS is over 100k?
my system is 48v. This 4pcs is for research purposes

Depending on charging source, at 3.45v can get the battery full.....you were probably already at over 90% when you stopped. The charging current would have tapered down if you allowed it a few more minutes. Just curious why did you stop? Were you doing the charging without BMS?
I have not hooked up the bms yet. I don't want stories. The bms I have is more expensive than the battery so I can't use it with it. I set the inverter to 14v and I noticed I doesn't float, inverter will stop once the battery is at 14v

Thanks for this. This has gone a long way answering my question. But how many panels do you think he combined together to achieve this kinda output.
he has 24pcs before we added another 24pcs. Let him confirm the watts

Hello GeorgeD1,

After this your post I went hunting for the Morningstar CC that offers 200A and could not find. Could you please educate us on how you achieved the 190A showing on your screen? A lot of us are willing to learn.

While at it what's your cable size for such an amperage. Thanks. I'm also interested in the number and rating of panels that can give above 10kw instantaneous.
I know he has 4 cc. Oga please come and explain more we are waiting. I pray make I no thief because of you

after a brief test of these little batteries, I am thinking of not selling anymore. They performed beyond my expectations. Imagine this little thing with some much juice without full charge
