48v 20ah would be almost the same as a 60v 12ah at the end of the day.
I may be wrong.

Could you please recommend where I can get the 60v version I would compensate you.

30a no. 45a is 150voc/12/24/36/48v. 50a is 100voc/12/24v

I had the same issue with petrocam power line ikotun, they tried to play a fast one on me, but I followed them up, by visiting their branch office and calling the customer support department. I remember the bank staff advised me to let the money go. It took me 6 months to get my money back. With the declined receipt your money should be refunded
