Please guys, visa was issued September 15 and BRP is not yet available at the post office. Has anyone experienced this? What can I do?

The error has been corrected. I was sent another BRP mail this morning stating the correct duration of permission. Thank you

Hello

If the visa type on your vignette is correct then you won’t need to return your passport. If it’s wrong then you will need to return your passport

I am uncertain of where the error stops

Anyway, contact UKVI and keep us informed

Do you think they need to correct anything on my passport as the duration on permission is not stated on the vignette but rather the BRP. I feel whatever correction that needs to be done will be on the BRP. I might be wrong. What do you think?

The IHS for 5years workers visa should be higher than what you paid unless it’s a health care

If you are certain it’s 5years please contact UKVI about this error immediately. You will be asked to return your passport to get it sorted

However I received a decision mail this morning that states that my permission is from 27/09/2023 to 27/09/2026 for me and my partner dependant which is 3 years. I believe this is an error.

What should I do in this case? Still waiting for decision for a child dependant though. Kindly advise

Please house, my initial start date was on my CoS was of July, but CoS came out 17th of July so a sponsor not was added that start date has been moved to 31st of July.

Because maintenence was not ticked, I could not apply immediately as I needed to do the 28 days proof of funds. I was applied for my visa 22nd of August and did biometric on 31st of August. I am currently awaiting a decision, not update yet.

My concern now is the 28 days rule about start date and sponsorship. It was past 28 days before I even applied for my visa because of the proof of funds. Will this raise a question about my application?

Although I was communicating with my employer about my not being able to apply for my visa immediately. Has anyone been in this situation? Do I have anything to worry about? Please advise.

Do you mean 26th of July? Because 26th of August to 7th of September is not up to 15 days and you said you got NSF mail after 15 days.

This is not what the poster is asking. He/she is basically asking about how to go about the new requirements for couples to provide two documents in both their names as evidence that they have been living together for the past two years.

Yes you must not have joint account.
I used my personal account for myself, wife and kids.

You will need to write a consent letter authorising ukvi to verify that you willingly submit your account balance to support yourself and your dependents.

Thank you. I'm actually more concerned about POE wahala. They shouldnot go and say why are we travelling separately when we said we were going to be entering the UK together.

It’s ok to say that, it can’t cause any problems and it’s even better than way. Although that doesn’t mean that your visas will come out together.
