UPDATE!!!!


Hameed has been checked in, his vitals taken and he has been seen by the doctors. A specialist was also called in today to attend to him and the specialist asked the hospital to take him to a laboratory in surulere for  the tests but on getting there, the power supply was cut off and their back off generator was not functional so the test would be done on monday while we await the results of the tests being done at the hospital (in house tests).

As you are aware, he did not finish his tests at LUTH and the tests in Eruwa is inconclusive so we can not do much without those results so we need to wait so as to be really sure what is wrong with him to avoid giving the wrong treatment.

He is in safe hands, talking, eating and not in any urgent medical situation and he has also being admitted for close observation.

Someone was asked to stay with him to spend the night and his brother volunteered so he is there with him.

I feel compelled to let the posters who have invested time and money and emotions and still investing to know the situation of things
I apologize on the behalf of those who went to see DJ if anyone feels they didn't report accordingly,this is very sensitive but at the same time you deserve to know.

The true picture is that DJ needs more specialized care than the hospital he is at can offer him
His liver is bad and sadly it has also affected his kidneys
Transplant is inevitable and now we have two failing organs
The care after transplant is not easy,it is long and extensive
Most importantly money is needed desperately to make this happen
Lots of money
I am therefore appealing to us all to give
Ask your mother father,godfather,politician friends,banker friends and business friends to give generously
To the politicians reading,please help save the life of this young man
The people reading here are the voters
Any politician that makes this happen for us,we will let everyone hear of this good gesture.

He is fine. He is on medications. Slept peacefully and woke up with no pain. Really glad they brought him to that hospital. Proper treatment starts tomorrow morning. He is being treated with care and lots of attention.

This is so sad. I remember what he said in a message some years back and he repeated it 3 weeks ago in a sermon in Kenya. He said " Die like I'm planning to die, EMPTY", live your life to the fullest, deposit all your potentials so when you go you know you have fought the fight, we have finished your course, you have run the race and behold there is a crown for you. hahahahhahaha no oooo not at all. I'm way older than that. Actually my user name was Just2.0 ( 2.0 like an upgraded version of something) so when nairaland crashed and they had to remove all the commas, full stop etc on people's names. Mine was removed so from Just2.0 I became Just20.
