It will be better to hear from the man before judging him. The pregnancy issue may have k-leg for the man and his people to have denied the woman in this manner. Look out for
1. the maximum charge voltage
2. The charging current (this is very important)
If your charge current is too Much, you BMS may then to flicker.

I think this inverter has a charge current regulator 10A and 20A button behind the inverter.

Thanks for your input, the Mercury 2.4VA inverter has the Charge Current Regulator at the back- 10A and 20A depending on the battery capacity connected.
