Investment › Pledgecamp: Introduction Of Crowdfunding 2.0 by JustCare(op): 6:14pm On Jun 13, 2019*. Modified: 12:01am On Jun 14, 2019 |
Pledgecamp is building a platform on blockchain that would usher in a paradigm shift in the way crowdfunding is done. ICO scams in recent times in the blockchain sphere has left investors in the blockchain ecosystem with little or no trust on the whole system. At a time when there is need to key into promising startups and projects for the good of humanity, a platform that will allow investors and supporters from all corners of the world to support such projects and have stakes in them without fear of getting scammed has become imperative. This is the gap pledgecamp has come to fill. The platform will leverage on the existing decentralized blockchain technology to bring Creators, Backers and Users to a synergy in order to create trust towards raising funds and carry out transactions smoothly. To achieve these goals, pledgecamp introduced a 3 layer platform where the CREATORS would have the opportunity to showcase their products and attract the necessary investors for the project development, the BACKERS who are the investors would be provided with an insured and standard escrow which their funds can be deposited for the project, this escrow would be on the blockchain secured by smart contract and can be monitored and verified by the backers. Also the USERS layer which gives users the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a project and receive rewards for adding such values. Pledgecamp was founded by Jae Hoe and have on the advisory board notable personalities such as Randi Zuckerberg, former head of marketing at Facebook, she developed the Facebook Live feature amongst other notable projects she's engineered, Matt Currcio - VP of Data at Ripple, Keith Teare - founding shareholder Techcrunch and others. Join Pledgecamp as they fulfill their vision of crowdfunding with global impact! Official website is www.pledgecamp.com |

Aquariann: I'm just a prospective buyer and not in any way related to the Op. So this is not me holding brief for him. My car request is somewhere on this thread.
Having stated the above paragraph, the Op has severally stated he doesn't own these cars and the pictures posted here are what he got from the seller.
If you go through the thread from the beginning, people have raised the issue about inspection and he said somewhere he carries out some level of physical inspection but for a more detailed information with involves a mechanic and a YouTube video for you, it'll cost you the prospective buyer.
Remember these cars might not even be in the same city with him because even though he seeks to provide we back here a better option with used cars when compared to Nigerian used cars, he also needs to make a profit while keeping the landing cost low.
A lot of requests have been made on here and a lot of cars posted, but we all know not many purchases have been made. Some are waiting for testimonies and arrival of the shipped cars before parting with their money.
So if you see any car you like, reach out to the op, pay the fee for a detailed inspection and then decide whether to proceed or not.
Or jejely go to Cars45 in Ikeja with your mechanic or Begger in Apapa and buy what you can physically inspect. He/She (whoever the moniker is) never said you're related to the OP why the defense? |

Consumerprotect: Vehicle are not located in nigeria. Vehicles cannot be inspected and rejected, by the time vehicle lands nigeria, monies would have exchanged hands.
It becomes very imperative that the seller discloses every bit of information including pics of the underbody and suspension parts of the car so potential buyers are in a better bargaining/informed position.
Regards. Oh, you're really seeing through my reasoning. |

Consumerprotect: State the location of rust and take pics.
A lot more is expected of you based on inability to return defective vehicles. And if more rust is later discovered in some places? This is the issue I want us to examine here, I like the fact that the cars are cheap and while hoping to patronize him in the future I want people that have outstanding auto knowledge to strictly address the rust issues I raised. I know what I'm aiming at contrary to the people who think I'm attacking the OPs busines. When we talk about rust in automobiles it goes beyond fender rust etc. I'm merely protecting everyone's interest. |

amdman: Rust or not will depend on whether the owner did any rust-proofing and how frequently it was done. We watch out for rust when we go for inspection and any rust and other faults are always disclosed. We don’t distort facts.
It’s not every cheap car we see that we post here. We pass on some because we also lived in Nigeria and have a very fair idea of what it costs to own, fix or run a car. I have monitored a few of them you've posted here with microscopic view and discovered that they had rust issues which you never disclosed. I think those that have bought should give feedback and we need better ways of assessing rust issues because some are not evident on the surface but deep inside whichsis very bad. cc: GAZZUZZ DRU23 RADAUTOWORKS BIGDEALS |

Canadian used cars has this general problem of rust, I mean the are usually deeply rusted due to the salt used in battling there prolonged winters.
@OP what do you say about this? Do you go for these cars not minding the deep rust issues? |

Before you put 1 Naira in the Nigerian stock exchange, go and watch THE WOLF OF WALL STREET. Nigerian Stock Exchange is a place run by Judas Iscariots. Go and find out what Ndi Okereke Onyuike did there. Go and find out what Transcorp did there.
People regularly get burnt in that place of corporate scammers, you need sound financial education to make money there.
Let me tell you a secret Mtn doesn't want you to know. There is a company called MTN International (Mauritius) Limited, which has the controlling 76.08 per cent equity, or 15,485,544,050 shares valued at about N309.71 billion. Once they recoup their money paid as fine with extra by gullible Nigerians, they are getting out. That's exactly how Etisalat got a cash investment and Mudabala telecoms (the Arab owners) ran off with the money.
What most people don't know is that just last Friday, Mtn borrowed 200 Billion for a 7 year tenure from a consortium of banks just Friday 17th of May.
You see that fine mtn paid, they are stylishly collecting it back from Nigerians. They would eventually dump everything and run off like Etisalat. They are scamming as much people as possible preparatory to running away.
The banks they obtained the loan from know this but they don't care. They would willingly take over mtn like they did to Etisalat.
This same Gbenga Oyebode on Mtn board is the chairman of Access bank. Go and find out what Access bank did to Etisalat. Bro, na your new handle be this |
