Celebrities › The Real Truth About Tiwa Savage Marriage Issue Read Her Interview with Video by justhelp(op): 12:46am On Oct 13, 2014 |
Tiwa Savage who has been on the spot light for weeks now following her marital issues with hubby, Tunji Balogun, was a guest on Saturday’s edition of “The Truth” with Olisa. During the interview session, she addressed a lot of issues including her controversial hit track ‘Wanted’ video, and how her success has redefined how women entertainers are perceived within a male-dominated industry. “Every woman has that element and that period where they just feel sexy inside.I think I was going through a phase. Yea I wasn’t scared to show it and wasn’t scared of any backlash that was going to come ,because I know that whatever happens,I can always back up any controversy with my talent . The song is my favourite in my album. It might not be most people’s cup of tea in Nigeria, but internationally, they listen to that song and they love it . The guy who produced it is Oak, who produced “Your love “for Nicki Minaj. So I love the song. I’m influenced by Beyonce and by Mariah Carey by Rihanna, Brandy. I’m influenced all the time. I wasn’t thinking whether Nigeria was ready or not, I was just doing something from an artistic point of view.No regrets at all” She explained. read more and watch the video from the source.... http://www.akposvillage.com/2014/10/at-last-truth-about-tiwa-savage-revealed.html |

Politics › Re: I Had A Dream of War in Nigeria by justhelp(op): 12:21pm On Oct 08, 2014 |
PapiWata: The full scale war raging in northern Nigeria is regarded by most people living in the south of Nigeria, as a "foreign" war that can be observed as entertainment from a safe distance, by way of television news.
That head-in-the-sand attitude prevalent in southern Nigeria explains why the gentleman who started this topic can only imagine seeing war in a "dream", such that he seeks pscho-analysis from forum readers, even as a real shooting war progresses less than one hour's flying time from all points in southern Nigeria.
Call it wishful thinking or blissful ignorance, but 90% of Nigerians remains steadfast in the delusion that they can order God, via prayer, to save them and their loved ones ALONE from all danger and strife that occurs in the world. When reality intrudes into that comfortable illusion, the prevailing mood swings 180% from calm complacency to absolute panic and pandemonium. well said |
