The Belgian defender played well in his return and helped the team defeat Swansea 2-1. Late in the game, Kompany walked off and it seems the defender injured during the match.

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola told ManCity website that he is unsure of how bad Vincent Kompany's most recent injury is.

We hope Vincent Kompany does not have a big problem after he walked off the game. We have a good medical team and Kompany Is in good hands. The report from them after they do their test will tell how serious Kompany's injury is.

During the EFL Cup game against Swansea, we saw what we missed due to Kompany's injury. His strong defending, brilliant passing and leadership showed during the game.

Despite this, we should not rush Kompany back into the squad. We coped during his absence and we can continue without him.

What is important is for him to return to full fitness. He can help us after he returns. It is difficult for a passionate footballer to stay away from the game he loves. Kompany wants to play on the pitch and help the team.

With Aguero still suspended, Guardiola might rest Iheanacho in the EFL game against Swansea and play him in the weekend EPL game against the same team.

This means Leroy Sane might start against Swansea. Guardiola admitted that Leroy Sane needs minutes on the pitch to get up to full speed and this is a good opportunity to give the 20-year-old some minutes.

Guardiola tried Leroy Sane in different positions in training, including the striking role. It seems the Spanish tactician will swap Iheanacho for Sane.

Let us hope the youngsters are ready to make Manchester City proud. Manchester Evening News reported that Dmitri Seluk, Yaya Toure's agent declared war on Guardiola and refused to apologise for his controversial remarks against the club and manager.

Dmitri Seluk does not know his role as an agent and he chose to destroy Yaya Toure's legacy with his controversial statements against Manchester City and Guardiola.

Seluk has no idea what happened between Manchester City and Pellegrini. He accused Guardiola of pushing Pellegrini out of his job at Manchester City. It seems Seluk does not know Manchester City went for Guardiola before they signed Pellegrini. Guardiola was the target and the club was ready to wait for him until he was ready to join Manchester City.

Seluk tried to spark a feud that does not exist. He claims Guardiola came to Manchester City to pick a fight with Joe Hart.

It is baffling that after the few games we saw Manchester City play, Seluk can still question Guardiola's choice in dropping Joe Hart.

Bravo is like a midfielder when he comes out of the eighteen yard box to help the team keep possession. His passing is top quality and his decision-making is superior to Joe Hart. This was not a case of picking a fight but making the right decision.

Guardiola asked for an apology. So Seluk talking of Guardiola wanting war, shows he does not understand the lesson Guardiola is passing.

The players are the agent's job, not the decisions of the coaches or club heads. Recently, the overpaid agents step out of their boundaries to criticise coaches and club heads.

Seluk has no place to go to the media to criticise Manchester City's choice to sign Guardiola as its manager. He said this earlier this year and he was wrong. That was not a job of a footballer's agent.

Yaya Toure is a City hero and an Ivorian legend. It is time Seluk knows that football is a team game. He makes it look as if the work the other players put into the club do not matter and all that matters is Yaya Toure playing.

From Yaya Toure's time with the Ivorian national team to the other clubs he played for. He had other team-mates who worked hard to make the team a success.

Seluk is destroying Yaya's legacy at City and it is time he stops talking tough and apologise. He should do his best to get his player back on the field.

That is the message Guardiola is passing. Seluk should do his job and become the agent Yaya Toure needs. Not a destructive influence.

Yaya still remains our hero. Nothing changes this but he needs to talk to his agent to repair the damages done.

the citizens freedom to assemble and express

continued detention of Biafra leader.
It then called on, all lovers of democracy in
Nigeria and Diaspora to guide against using
brute force of despotic days of military era on

Yaya Toure is a City legend and he still feels he has a part to play in the team. If Guardiola gives him a chance, we hope he excels and helps the team do well.

Pep Guardiola gave Kolarov a new role since he arrived and the defender looks an improved player when he plays in central defence. He was one of the players who did not look top quality last season and some thought he was one of the players Pep Guardiola will drop when he arrives. In some games, when Guardiola played Kolarov in central defence, he looked like the perfect defender.

Manchester City defeated Bournemouth 4-0 in the English Premier League and Kolarov had another fine performance. His passes, defending and movement was a delight to see. He was one of the best players on the field.

The Mirror reports that Arsenal Legend, Martin Keown claimed that Kolarov reminded him of England and West Ham great Bobby Moore.

Kolarov looked the perfect defender. His movement within the defensive area was brilliant. He made runs with the ball and distributed the ball intelligently.

Kolarov was calm under pressure and used his skills to evade his markers. The way he played showed why Guardiola chose him as one of the regulars.
