Have done it before and am still doing it now. I dated this girl when I was in skl, we had 3yrs relationship without sex, yes 3yrs, you don't need to believe but that's the truth...I can still remember that we sleep together for 2months in same room, when the school was on strike but yet nothing happened, thou the temptation came but we always manage to wave it. After we broke up I didn't regret it although my friend didn't believe that I didn't touch her and does who believe were bashing me like I Bleep up big time. But to me its a joy. I don't know why, but am always happy that things like that didn't happened between us. BUT during all those time, I av extra girls I do shine and she doesn't knw, the ones that she wanted to knw I tried to convince her and even call the girl she is suspecting to talk to her that there is nothing going on between us which always worked cos most of those girl I shine are friends with benefit and the knw too.mind you the reason I was aving extra girls is not that my girl friend is not servicing me but its wat I want to do cos even if we are aving sex I will still shine other girls pussy
And my current relationship too, its going to 3yrs now, and there is nothing like sex. Even kissing is so scarce in this relationship but am not complaining cos I still love it that way. Cos I noticed that it made the relationship stronger, geniue and respectable. BUT yet I dey shine some extra congo...may the lord deliver me cos I wanna change.
But bottom line my sister, relationship without sex is possible and I tell u their are some guys who are ready for it,that won't even av extra affairs like me cos I av a guy at skl dat tym too he was into no sex relationship and he doesn't av extra girl like me. So keep ur faith and don't believe all those nairaland guys who always say I can't do such the truth is that most of them are into that kind of relationship just that they av extra girls. So believe it, if u are looking for sexless relationship you will defiantly get it if u don't quit. Best of luck. |

TheGoodJoe: Guardiola Should Not Risk Kompany
Vincent Kompany, Manchester City captain made his return after his injury in the Champions League game against Real Madrid. After a long layoff, the medical staff of Manchester City declared Kompany fit.
The Belgian defender played well in his return and helped the team defeat Swansea 2-1. Late in the game, Kompany walked off and it seems the defender injured during the match.
Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola told ManCity website that he is unsure of how bad Vincent Kompany's most recent injury is.
We hope Vincent Kompany does not have a big problem after he walked off the game. We have a good medical team and Kompany Is in good hands. The report from them after they do their test will tell how serious Kompany's injury is.
During the EFL Cup game against Swansea, we saw what we missed due to Kompany's injury. His strong defending, brilliant passing and leadership showed during the game.
Despite this, we should not rush Kompany back into the squad. We coped during his absence and we can continue without him.
What is important is for him to return to full fitness. He can help us after he returns. It is difficult for a passionate footballer to stay away from the game he loves. Kompany wants to play on the pitch and help the team.
However, if his injury worsens, then he can not help us. It is better he returns to full fitness. He can not play on the pitch if his injury worsens and he will spend a longer time away from the team.
We hope our captain regains his fitness soon. It is best we keep him away from the team for a long time until we are sure he is ready.
http://justcityzens..com/2016/09/guardiola-should-not-risk-kompany.html?m=0 Pep did a mistake allowing vinny to play a full match after been side line for almost 4months due to injury. He should have taken him off after the second goal. Though clichy said he(vinny) told him that he is fine. But I don't trust that, at least he would be absent for atleast 1month. Cos he has work out of the field some couple of game like that and it took him long time b4 he recover. Nevertheless, I wish our capoo speedy recovery. |

TheGoodJoe: Guardiola Might Rest Iheanacho For The Weekend EPL Game Against Swansea
Aguero received a three match ban after he swung his elbow towards West Ham United’s Winston Reid. This gave Kelechi Iheanacho, the young Nigerian a chance to impress the City boss. The youngster did not fail. His performance against Bournemouth in the last EPL Game showed that Iheanacho is a valuable player for Manchester City. He scored a goal and assisted one with a brilliant pass to Sterling. He had chance to shoot but he chose the better option by finding his team-mate who was free in the box.
With Aguero still suspended, Guardiola might rest Iheanacho in the EFL game against Swansea and play him in the weekend EPL game against the same team.
This means Leroy Sane might start against Swansea. Guardiola admitted that Leroy Sane needs minutes on the pitch to get up to full speed and this is a good opportunity to give the 20-year-old some minutes.
Guardiola tried Leroy Sane in different positions in training, including the striking role. It seems the Spanish tactician will swap Iheanacho for Sane.
Let us hope the youngsters are ready to make Manchester City proud. With the brilliance performance of Aleix Garcia in the game against Bournemouth, Guardiola will feel confident to give other youngsters their chances to prove themselves. This includes Sane who the coach believes is a special talent.
http://justcityzens..com/2016/09/guardiola-might-rest-iheanacho-for.html?m=0 He doesn't need to rest iheanacho, I think F.A also covers league cups matches. So aguero can't play today and would be back on Saturday. I think aguero's ban is ending today |

TheGoodJoe: Guardiola Wants An Apology From Seluk, Not A War
Guardiola froze Yaya Toure out of the Manchester City squad and later revealed he would not play the City hero until his loud agent apologises to the club, players and coaches. Seluk made inflammatory remarks before Guardiola joined Manchester City and he continued with his attitude after Guardiola's arrival.
Manchester Evening News reported that Dmitri Seluk, Yaya Toure's agent declared war on Guardiola and refused to apologise for his controversial remarks against the club and manager.
Dmitri Seluk does not know his role as an agent and he chose to destroy Yaya Toure's legacy with his controversial statements against Manchester City and Guardiola.
Seluk has no idea what happened between Manchester City and Pellegrini. He accused Guardiola of pushing Pellegrini out of his job at Manchester City. It seems Seluk does not know Manchester City went for Guardiola before they signed Pellegrini. Guardiola was the target and the club was ready to wait for him until he was ready to join Manchester City.
Seluk tried to spark a feud that does not exist. He claims Guardiola came to Manchester City to pick a fight with Joe Hart.
It is baffling that after the few games we saw Manchester City play, Seluk can still question Guardiola's choice in dropping Joe Hart.
Bravo is like a midfielder when he comes out of the eighteen yard box to help the team keep possession. His passing is top quality and his decision-making is superior to Joe Hart. This was not a case of picking a fight but making the right decision.
Guardiola asked for an apology. So Seluk talking of Guardiola wanting war, shows he does not understand the lesson Guardiola is passing.
The players are the agent's job, not the decisions of the coaches or club heads. Recently, the overpaid agents step out of their boundaries to criticise coaches and club heads.
Seluk has no place to go to the media to criticise Manchester City's choice to sign Guardiola as its manager. He said this earlier this year and he was wrong. That was not a job of a footballer's agent.
Yaya Toure is a City hero and an Ivorian legend. It is time Seluk knows that football is a team game. He makes it look as if the work the other players put into the club do not matter and all that matters is Yaya Toure playing.
From Yaya Toure's time with the Ivorian national team to the other clubs he played for. He had other team-mates who worked hard to make the team a success.
Seluk is destroying Yaya's legacy at City and it is time he stops talking tough and apologise. He should do his best to get his player back on the field.
That is the message Guardiola is passing. Seluk should do his job and become the agent Yaya Toure needs. Not a destructive influence.

TheGoodJoe: This Is The Right Time For Yaya To Bow Out Of International Duties
Yaya Toure is in the middle of a dramatic battle at Manchester City. The powerful box-to-box midfielder is yet to play an English Premier League game for Manchester City. Pep Guardiola, Manchester City manager, revealed that Yaya Toure will not take part in any Manchester City game until he apologises for his agent, Dmitri Seluk's controversial comments against Guardiola and Manchester City.
Dmitri Seluk claimed Guardiola humiliated Yaya Toure when he omitted Yaya From the Manchester City Champions League squad.
Despite these challenges, Yaya Toure decided to end his international career. He will no more play for the Ivorian National team.
Manchester Evening News reported that Yaya Toure announced his retirement from international football on the day that Pep Guardiola casted fresh doubt over his Manchester City future.
Yaya Toure is thirty-three years and he served his country with his heart. He is a national hero but it is the right time to bow out.
He won lots of games with the National team, represented his country at three World Cup competitions. He won the African Cup of Nations.
With all these and the challenges he faces sorting his future, it is time Yaya cuts down his international duty and focus on getting regular football with his club.
He can keep going and achieving more things with his national team. At this time, he faces a lot of challenges and without the international distraction, he can get himself back into the Manchester City team or another club, if the club leaders know his focus is with the club.
This is hard for the Ivorian fans who will miss their national hero. They should support his decision and hope he gets back his regular playing time in club football.
I hope Yaya Toure fixes his problem at City because he helped the club win a lot of games. His goals helped us lift lots of trophies.
http://justcityzens..com/2016/09/this-is-right-time-for-yaya-to-bow-out.html?m=0 He should bow out of city too, even if he fix the rift between him and the manager I don't think his future is still bright under pep. We invested millions of pounds in Yaya and we deserve better.
It is not Yaya but Seluk.
Yaya still remains our hero. Nothing changes this but he needs to talk to his agent to repair the damages done. Yea, seluk should know that there is no top team that will go for a player that doesn't have much playing time and with that type of wage. justicejay: group of human rights activists under the aegis of Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice, CHRSJ, has supportedt the open protest slated for Friday this week by the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, against the continued detention of their leader, Comrade Nnamdi Kanu, by the Federal Government under President Muhamadu Buhari’s watch, saying that the detention of Kanu was illegal and unconstitutional. It will be recalled that the IPOB, through its spokesperson on Monday, has enjoined the Igbo people and all those who believed in the Biafra ideology in the country to sit-at-home and shutdown their businesses on Friday, September 23, in protest over illegal continued detention of its leader, Nnamdi Kanu. The activists were drawn from: The Christian Awareness Mission Group, CAMG; Passengers Fundamental Rights Group PATRGIA;The Islamic Political Awareness Group, TIPAG; Centre for Social Justice and Equity of Nigeria, ESJEN; Civil Societies Coalition for the Emancipation of Osun State, CSCEOS; Veteran Groups for Operation Clean Crusade, VGOCC; Apata-Aiyeraye Social Political Volunteer Group, ASPVG; De- Mainstream Independent Group, DMIG; and Coalition Against Illegal Arrest & Unlawful Detention, CAIA&UD. It strongly condemned the illegal continued detention of Kanu, which it stated that was against the principles of democracy that gives the citizens freedom to assemble and express his or her opinion without any hindrance, showing concern on what it may happen on the continued detention of Biafra leader. It then called on, all lovers of democracy in Nigeria and Diaspora to guide against using brute force of despotic days of military era on the innocent citizens of the country by Buhari’s government, describing the proposed protest as welcome development in right direction. www.vanguardngr.com/2016/09/kanus-detention-activisits-back-ipob-planned-friday-protest/ |

TheGoodJoe: Yaya Toure Back To Fight For A Place In City Squad
Since the arrival of Pep Guardiola at the Etihad, Yaya Toure, the Ivorian midfielder found it difficult to get playing time with Manchester City. It seems the boss is not satisfied with Yaya Toure's work rate when City loses the ball.
Guardiola did not put Yaya Toure's name in the Champions League squad list and Yaya Toure made only one appearance this season for Manchester City in the second leg Champions League playoff game against Steaua Bucharest.
The Ivorian rejected a chance to go on loan out of the Etihad and chose to fight for a place in the team.
Guardiola explained that Yaya Toure was not in training due to a migraine he suffered. Yaya Toure was not in the released official first team photograph because he received treatment for his migraine.
Manchester Evening News reported that Yaya Toure is back in training to fight for a place in the Manchester City squad.
Yaya Toure faces a tough competition with Fernandinho playing brilliantly as a midfield pivot of the team. Gundogan can also play in that role and Fernando can play as a central midfielder.
Guardiola introduced Aleix Garcia as a substitute in the 4-0 demolition of Bournemouth and the youngster had a good performance. He tracked back and helped win the ball back. His choices while passing were impressive and his positioning was quality.
Yaya Toure is a City legend and he still feels he has a part to play in the team. If Guardiola gives him a chance, we hope he excels and helps the team do well.

Pep Guardiola gave Kolarov a new role since he arrived and the defender looks an improved player when he plays in central defence. He was one of the players who did not look top quality last season and some thought he was one of the players Pep Guardiola will drop when he arrives. In some games, when Guardiola played Kolarov in central defence, he looked like the perfect defender.
Manchester City defeated Bournemouth 4-0 in the English Premier League and Kolarov had another fine performance. His passes, defending and movement was a delight to see. He was one of the best players on the field.
The Mirror reports that Arsenal Legend, Martin Keown claimed that Kolarov reminded him of England and West Ham great Bobby Moore.
Kolarov looked the perfect defender. His movement within the defensive area was brilliant. He made runs with the ball and distributed the ball intelligently.
Kolarov was calm under pressure and used his skills to evade his markers. The way he played showed why Guardiola chose him as one of the regulars.
