Jamean: Ok. So do you mean the Bible says we should not participate in politics? He is the head of CAN. CAN is not a sub-section of PDP but a christian body which should oversee the affairs of christians in Nigeria. If he wants to get involved in politics, he should wait till he's no longer the President of CAN. |
I'm not a catholic, but I support their decision. Ayo has been seen in many political gatherings and he fully supports pdp (or GEJ) which is not supposed to be so. His time is up. Another new leader should be elected. |
1. Don’t wait too long. “Many women don’t realise that their peak fertility time is in their mid-20s and already starting to fall by their late 20s,” says Jamie Grifo, programme director of the New York University Fertility Center.• Infertility rates about double for women between the early 30s and early 40s. The percentage of married, 25-to-29-year-old women who are infertile is nine per cent, according to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine data.• By 35 to 39, the percentage has climbed to 22 per cent; and by the early 40s, it has jumped to 29 per cent. Moreover, a healthy 30-year-old who’s trying to get pregnant has a20 per cent chance per month. By age 40, her odds are only about five per cent a month. And yet, approximately 20 per cent of womenwait until after age 35 to begin their families.• Male fertility isn’t timeless, either. After 50, some men may experience a decline in sperm quality — they produce more misshapen cells and fewer that can swim well —which can make fertilisation trickier.• “Don’t assume fertility is a guarantee,” Grifo says. “The most important thing you can do is start early.” 2. Practice safe sex. Sexually transmitted diseases can drastically reduce one’s ability toget pregnant — so, abstinence or consistent condom use can simultaneously prevent pregnancy today and preserve fertility for the future.• Chlamydia and gonorrhoea are two leading causes of infertility; untreated, either can cause pelvic inflammatory disease.• PID can lead to permanent scarring in the fallopian tubes, uterus, and surrounding tissues, which, in addition to impairing fertility, sometimes produces chronic pelvic pain and potentially fatal ectopic pregnancies, where the foetus develops outside the uterus.• The statistics are eye-opening. An estimated 2.3 million cases of Chlamydia and more than700,000 cases of gonorrhoea occur annually nationwide, according to the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention. I saw this article and decided to share it. Here are seven ways to make sure your financial house is in order as you continue to expand your business: 1. Get educatedTake the time to educate yourself about various personal finance topics. Schedule weekly money dates with yourself and spend a few hours managing your personal financesand reading financial books, blogs or magazines. The more you know about your own finances, the more confident you will feelabout managing your money for the long haul. If you need even more support, consider hiring a certified financial planner, who can help you to understand your money and create a financial plan to help you reach your goals. 2. Check your credit regularlyYour credit report is like a file on you and your credit history. It basically tells lenders how risky a borrower you are. When it comes to time to purchase a new home or car, you want your credit report and credit score to bein top financial shape so that you can qualify for good interest rates. Get in the habit of checking your credit report and credit score at least annually to confirm its accuracy. Do it on your birthday to make keeping track easy. You can access your credit report for free once per year at http://www.annualcreditreport.com/, then pay an additional fee to get your credit score. 3. Create a budgetAlthough this sounds very basic, many entrepreneurs have no budget in place to track their monthly personal income and expenses. You can use online systems like mint.com to track your income and expenses,or simply an Excel spreadsheet. Whatever budgeting system you decide to use, just make sure it works for you and your lifestyle. If you’re serious about cleaning up your finances and getting ahead financially, you must allocate time and energy to updating your budget every week. This will ensure you’re not spending more than you earn and that you’re able to save for your financial goals. 4. Automate your financesTechnology makes it super easy to manage day-to-day finances. Set up your finances so that a majority of the process is automated. You can use online bill pay or set up automatic transfers every month for your bills. That way you don’t have to worry about whether you’re paying your bills on time or being charged late fees for late payments. If you’re concerned about having all your bills automated, set up corresponding calendar alerts to check your statements and paymentsto ensure accuracy. Also, strive to automate your savings every month. The more you can automate your finances, the less you have to worry about on a day-to-day basis. 5. Pay off debtsMake a plan to pay off your personal debts assoon as possible. Start by making a list of all your debts – car loans, credit cards, student loans, etc. Include the current balance, minimum monthly payment and interest rate. Then review your budget to determine how much money you can add toward additional debt payments. From there, you can do somemore research on the best debt-reduction strategy to confirm you’re paying off your debts in the most efficient and effective manner. When working on debt reduction, it is important that you have an adequate cash cushion or money in the bank for any short-term emergencies that may arise. 6. Build your own cash cushionHaving a cash cushion is an integral part of your financial foundation. It allows you to usecash to pay for those random expenses or emergencies that arise in your day-to-day life instead of creating more debt or tapping into long-term investments. As an entrepreneur, you should strive to have a cash cushion of six to 12 months of your committed expenses. A cash cushion will allow you to pay for your personal bills and not worry about making ends meet if you need to reduce your income due to tight business cash flow. 7. Start investing outside your businessWhile it is very important to always invest in yourself and your business, you don’t want to have all your eggs in one basket. Diversification is extremely important, as it will help to spread out your investment risk over the long haul. Work with a financial planner to create a long-term investment portfolio of stocks, bonds and real estate that is aligned with your financial goals and risk tolerance.Source: http://www.entrepreneur.com |

I don't feel like getting my ex back. But if you feel like getting your ex back, I guess you will know what he/she likes. Just apologize and promise not to return to your old ways. Try to convince her. If she still feels attraction for you, then she'll come back. Or better still, just throw some cash around and I bet you, she'll be back. N.B: the latter applies to most naija babes. |
I've never been slapped on the face, not even by my parents. If my gf slap me, by the time I slap her *2, she will now realize that we're in africa. |
