it's just 4 months old, whenever it is released from the chain destroying things and again after drinking water he will waste the rest on the floor he's fund of that and some other things too

A couple of things;
1. A four months old pup should not even be on a tie down for extended periods
2. That dog is not getting avenues to burn energy off (walking, ball catching, etc)
3. The pup has figured out that the only way she gets your attention is by doing all that stuff

You do not have a bad dog on your hands, what you do have is a leadership problem. You need to research more about dog behavior/pack leadership

the person who bought rudeboy got robbed of 1.2 million in his home, so he bought a pump action and really needed a security dog. Rudeboy bit his cousin roughly and lost control when the new owner tried to stop him, so the gun was used on him immediately. He made no attempt to return it.

That dog was a victim of human errors. Sad, but true.

"Stop" or "sit" or some times "shut up"..he keeps quiet nd doesn't bark anymore

That he stops barking does not mean he will not try to bite if the opportunity presents itself. Prepare to spend good money on behavior sessions if you don't do ALOT of research on dog behavior right away. @TailLords on Twitter have a certified animal behaviorist if it gets out of hand.

Aha! We are getting somewhere. Have you noticed if it's just members of their flat he charges at? The challenge you have can still be corrected, but it is evident that you need to be a firm pack leader. That dude sounds like a domineering one. Will translate to bites/maulings if you are not careful.

We have watched people buy available dogs, in the stead of the dogs they really wanted as a result of their inability to get import permits (which is a requirement you must fulfil to bring animals into Nigeria), so we came up with a solution.

You search and buy for the dog of your dreams (any age), have it delivered to our collection centers (just SA and the UK for now), pay us for freight, clearing and logistics, pick up in Lagos. We will ship once a month.

I ddnt mention I had a lhasa b4 getting a cauc...anyways my cauc is about 5months now...its like someone just fliped a switch..he just started getting aggressive..at first I was ok cos he barks at strangers and whenever he hears a knock at the gate...but all of a sudden about two weeks ago, he just added my neighbours(I have two neigh bours ) to d list its so bad that once he sniffs dem approaching even b4 he sights them, cos my apartment is close to the gate, so my neighbours pass beside my dogs b4 goin out nd he has known nd played with these neighbours since I got him at 6weeks.....I don't know if dis is normal..he barks at dem nd enters attack mode with his fur all at attention...b4 they will start clamouring for my ejection from the house ..is it possible to make him stop barking at my neighbours.

Caucasian Shepherds can be like that, but it usually begins when they are about 10 months old. What you describe makes me suspect there is something you missed. The neighbours might have triggered him, albeit unknowingly. Is there a particularly young kid that lives with them who has access to the dog? Is your dog caged a lot?
