Hi Jide, I activated the BBCDAY yesterday night at about 9:13pm.. I've done the hard reset severally, done the diagnostic test, sent d registration message and I've even called customer care but, up till dis moment, nothing! This is not the first time it has happened and when it is time for it to expire, they'll send me a notification that it has expired.. This is so unfair, why is it that the network issue only affects d customers and not d network provider.. It's really giving us wrong impressions about MTN. They should try and fix this issue..
