I am in need of a new phone. I am currently torn between the galaxy S6 and the Xperia Z5 and need to make a choice asap. Please guys, I would welcome your suggestions, what are the pros and cons for each and which should I go with?

Quick question: I'm a technical guy. Engineering graduate with certifications in networking. Here's my question, do I have to start from scratch to build a "financial portfolio", learning accounting terms and orienting my mind towards accounting certifications or would I get an opportunity to still fit in using my technical knowledge and maybe switch to IT advisory or a department along those lines later?

If yes, would it even be an advisable move or do I stand to succeed faster in the department I find myself (I picked TRS in my form)?

The firm has an IT unit. I am not sure, but I think u can be posted to the unit if you ask.
However, you can still utilise your IT skills in the client facing units. In TRS for example, there is an in house IT team. Depending on your knowledge of IT and programming, you can assist in developing applications. You have the opportunity to do this along with tax work.
In advisory, there is technology and IT solution set. Many in these teams excel because of their IT knowledge.

depends on what kind of life and career you want for yourself. Some units are better suited for some individuals than others.

Meanwhile, we're glad that 4 out of the people we prepared for Oando Assessment Center have come back with positive feedback as they passed them.

We also just coached two of them tonight for tomorrow's final interview with Oando.

We think mock sessions help a lot in boosting your confidence and familiarity with what goes on in the real assessment center.

You will be made to practice and rehearse everything you will do on that day, including being divided into groups for group tasks/case studies.

The Chief Coach is a renowned oil and gas worker with over 7 years experience in Nigeria's oil and gas sector.

previously you said that there would also be a session this weekend 24th in Lagos, was already prepping for that. Remember that some are having theirs on June 8, and effectively they have just this weekend and next.

i hope there would be a level playing field for this exercise. Those of us holding the AC on the first day have no idea of what to expect, a challenge every other batch but ours won't have. I was hoping that they would at least tell us the exercises taking place that day in our invite.

guys, i have two questions
first, when i submitted my questionnaire it showed that the answers have been successfuly submitted and received. but there was an "XML error parsing SOAP payload on line 1 Not well formed (invalid token)" at the top of the page. did anyone else experience this? is it something to be worried about?
second question is: how strict is dragnet with their requirement that the test must be done in one sitting cos NEPA took light as i was doing mine and i had to start afresh. Again, is it something to be worried about?

I think the PLUS means it's a plus to have a masters. I don't think it's an additional essential requirement.

It is good to see everyone trying to give this thread a kick in the butt and get it going once again. Now we must know what it feels like to be in the Big brother house when the show is approaching the finale with the camaraderie gone and everyone just hanging around. Now we must act as a unit and push over the line. Truth be told, I am over the specified age by a couple of years but I swear down I am ready to dig in and fight with all my might. I may have deprived someone who is within the age limit and equally qualified but remember when "If you are good, you are good"was trending? I am not good but STRONGLY believe in practise practise practise; for this is the only way a boxer keeps his reflexes razor sharp.

So I beseech you all to chip in a little bit on how we can all make our AC. I have got an ebook "How to Succeed at an Assessment Centre" published by Kogan Page. If you are interested quote me.
