Well, as per your question, I strongly believe that extended use of powerbanks degrades batteries over time. I've seen it happen to all my batteries which I charge with them. I don't know if it's the frequent charging and discharging. Just happens like that.

UPDATE: I read that the 10k was from the student association not GTB. Maybe the association operates a GTB account and decided to replicate a check slip. Hope this is true....
