Million dollar question. In all of med sch here, I've only seen one successful transfer to medicine. How possible it was didn't surprise us all. She is a nephew to the current VC so all those bottlenecks wasn't an issue.

That's very true. School here is a market already. If you have a problem-solving approach or a life-made-easier approach- you'd find your feet easily. Well, all I could do here was em online things- course registration and especially scholarship registration. That's where the bulk of the demand come from. I've managed to pay fees for a few semesters and build my wardrope with it. It really helps.

Challenges are always there. And especially the one dankool pointed out . Handling academics and mouth-watering deals. Its an experience to have.

I'm always around. We're still in session tho' - (em other faculties are on hols)- Tuition fee remains the regular. Doesn't ever change much. Just keep like N40k for first semester fees. I'm sure it'd be pretty less than that. I'd confirm from a colleague this evening- I.e exact figures. Accomodation fee( that if if you wan stay hostel o) is separate. Its N8,500. It won't be harmful to keep from N50 to N60k for your registration. Its too much sef-( at least small change gor remain). So till Dec 10 ?

I think they've phased out that recommendation letter ish during screening. I noticed last year. If you can't lay your hands on any, don't bother. Meanwhile, congrats on your admission.

Dude, "doctor" is a title. Anyone can bear it provided he's qualified to - Ph.D holders, mbbs holders, bds holders, even graduates of optometry sef - all are called doctors. You can use Google for more info. So basically, MBBS holders aren't the only people qualified for the doctor ish.

Now- a physician is different. In layman definition- ïts basically a person qualified to practice medicine(medical doctor for short). For those that seek distinctive definitions , a physician is a person who practices general medicine as
distinct from surgery. My previous context was purely in less professional terms to make differences.

Hey dude- you're mistaken there. A dentist might be a doctor, but a dentist is not a physician. Slightly same curriculum and all that stuff - but different expectations, different responsibilities and different spheres of activity. Think beyond med school- might help
