Kaf cakes. Studies say we should eat little at a time and reduce spicy,oily and acidic foods. As for me, its when i'm hungry that i have a reflux that gives me the burning sensation. Sorry ma'am

Thanks Rukemi, I don't eat that much as I'm still having small small morning sickness and throw up once in a while, and I eat hours before bedtime, even though I really have no bed time coz i.no.fit sleep, lol
