udoka2: @byvanUdoka this place sounds like a nice place, can u disclose name of hospital plz |
Sennykenny1 how you dey, I just dey oh, by God's grace, January still far small, Mamotush congrats oh, and my ice block ladies. I think say na only me, in fact that's all I take, very blocked iced water, lol. January mama's how una dey. |
Sen.tempest:She should do the right thing by going to the hospital, het doctor will be in the best position to advice her on what next to do, she shouldn't delay, hospital straight. |
PLS WHERE IS IT LOCATED?Jeez, u paid 2.5million naira for what at national hospital, u must have stayed there for months or years, national hospital is one of the cheapest hopsital in nigerian, Nigerians na wa oh. And when you say hospitals, not every hospital is bad, yes the standard can't be compared with those abroad, that doesn't mean our hospitals don't treat people, they still do, meanwhile one of the disadvantage of general hospitals is negligence to work, strikes and the fact that most of the consultants have their own private clinics where they bill people so they pay little attention to their jobs in the general hospitals. |
General Buhari, how are you and madam. I believe all is and will always be well. |
Oh wow tbaby, so sorry, God remains God and he is faithful to give you double for ur trouble, he will replace all the tears u have cried, it is well. |
fnor: Dear I can undastand d tiredness, my LO kicks all night so I find it difficult to sleep and when I do my full bladder wakes me up, so in d end am so tired in d day... As for the throwing up its normal but let ur doc know about tho...Fnor, thank u oh, I thought I was alone, Yes ur right sis, Gods time is the best. |
January mama's how una dey oh, una don start countdown, my edd is actually Feb 1st week, but na me shorten am to January, coz i want 38/39weeks. I do bad thing. |
julicoka: This thread is sweet am i welcomeUr welcome dear. |
sennykenny1: @ mr monica, patiently waiting for d gud news, I pray she deliver like the hebrew women in jesus name.Sennykenny1, thats so funny, I just love them when they do that, but good thing u were proactive enuff to go for a scan. |
Obatide: Join my Family to thank God the Most High, My wife just put to Bed.Congrats to you and the family Obatide, awaiting the story. God is ever faithful |
Then I have a question, do they test for gestational diabetes in nigeria general hospitals, coz in most places in compulsory to be tested between 25-28wks. |
olivia3d: Ok.....so i ve posted here twice, been ignored both times, wont be suprised if this one goes unnoticed too. Not nice of y'all but i still have love for all the preggers.Sorry dear, not intentional, try sahad stores or exclusive superstores, they have baby stuff there. General Buhari, how is ur wife and lo doing, I believe God is more than able to finish what he has started, you shall testify. My January mama's how r u holding on to ur calendars and the other mama's, bet ur all doing good, it's official I haven't taken my vitamins in days, smh. Meanwhile who knows where I can get a good baby cot in abj/lag. Obatide it is well, the only thing I know is my friend was induced and she was in labour for a day and delivered normally at the end, but that was her first. Hummingbird, how u dey and the boys and the lo in the oven, bet ur doing great love. All the other mama's, especially those working I hope ur savoring the last days of the holiday. |
Gen Buhari it is well with your wify and LO, the Lord will protect and keep them, and at the end you will have more reasons to glorify Him. January mama's how una dey oh,quick question, how many tetanus toxoid injections did you take in ur first pregnancy, and what was the time between the 1st dose and 2nd dose. Those that advice that general hospitals are the best, what happens when they are on strike, it's really annoying. |
Happy Sunday Darlings, please I want to ask, when did you start shopping for baby things, when did you buy things in your hospital list and did you buy a cot for ur baby, if yes, please where can I get a nice cot bed, i.e the ones that convert to toddler bed, I wanted to order from UK or usa but i don't know any reliable and affordable cargo company, your input and advice is needed. I dey watch Nig-Eth match, it's like my Los want to join in the game, the kicking no be here oh, I love it though. |
[quote author=beauty ?]Nice14, how are u doing today? Fnor, honestly sometimes i feel my tummy is too small. Worrying is just inevitable but i know its well with us all.I will ask about that when next i see my doctor. @all, join me as i celebrate my aniversary. today.[/quote Happy anniversary sweetie, many more happy years togeda. |
Tbaby4real: @ Rukemi291 you did not call my name * hands up*lol at tbaby, funny enuff i didnt know u were expecting multiples, we will all carry our babies to term in Jesus name. esmeralda i dey kampe oh, battling ribs pain and insomia. |
nice14: @caf tanks 4 ur concern. It started at d day my period was due but it stopped dat same day. tested few days later it is bfp, den at 7wks it started again, went 2 d hospital immediately cos I experience it in my first but dat turned 4rm brown 2 red till I mc. But dis time doc place me on progesterone 4rm dat 7th wk till 13 with scan every wk 2 monitor my lo, yesterday he said it was d last as my lo was fully formed. But my worry is dis brown discharge, doc said everything is ok, but as an expectant mother I'm still worried. Dat's y I asked 4 an alternative way 2 stop it, if anyone has any ideal, not d progesterone. But one tin I no I will deliver dis child to d glory of God. Tanks 4 ur understanding.tbaby and nice 14, as an expectant mom alot of things will disturb your mind, but be rest assured that it is always well, i had same scare at about 7weeks, the funy thing was i ruled out implantation bleeding because i had already tested positive, so i knew i was pregnant and it scared me, it lasted for about 3days and i used cyclogest which i stopped at 14weeks, but i read that implantation bleeding which is brown in colour only happens before a positive preg test, so imagine my fear when this happened after i found out, dont worry it is well, but please oh go for scan incase you are having multiples, aside from progesterone issues, its also common with people having multiples but you might not know till after a later scan. |
Tbaby and nice14, this brown discharge it talking about, when did it start and how long has it continued, im.asking coz i ha a bit of an episode with it, so maybe if you can xplain urs I'll be able to get you better. |
Abeg when did.u guys stop taking your vitamins, see ehn I haven't taken mine in about a week, I'm 23wks., it makes me want to vomit, I've changed them 3 times, but i guess me and drugs are not just friends, I bought feroglobin syrup and ca-c 1000, but still can't stomach it. |
nice14: @udoka went to d clinic yesterday asked d doc about extending d progesterone injection, but he said no, dat 13weeks is ok. Pls is here any other thing u think I an do? How are u and ur lo.? Op d kick is coming on hand. @tbaby how are u and ur babies op u guys are strong, @fovredgal hw are u and lo doing? Op fine. Lets keep holding on, God will see us through and we shall smile and have cos to thank God, cos we will carry to term and deliver like d Hebrew women. AmenNice 14, so.sorry, I don't know much about your question, I'm sure the other mama's wld have explained to you based on first hand experience. |
nice14: How are everybody doing, op we are fine. I am kinda not happy dat wen I asked a question, it's only udoka, favored gal, tbaby, dat answered me. It's not fair cos we are suppose,to help one another with ideals, if its not a pressing issue I won't come and ask for help. It's really not fair.So sorry Nice14, I didn't see your question oh, sometimes it's difficult to catch up here, lemme go back and look for it, mabinu |
Congrats @Marygold and Amen to all your prayers, can't wait for January. Thanks to all for the replies, I wanted to know how accurate the sex will be at 23wks, meanwhile what's wrong with elective CS, each time I say cs my mom says God forbid, I just feel it's a lot safer especially with twins, abi how una see am. Plus what's the healing time of stitches for cs and tear in the womanliness, are they the same thing. |

Plus over anxiety is finishing me, when i.dont feel my babies kick I get worried, then when I feel them I get relaxed and 10mins later I forget I felt them kick and I start getting worried again. Then I've been suffering this annoying pain in my left chest directly under my left bosom, it comes and goes but when it comes it relives me when I sit up, it only happens when I'm lying down, I'm searched and searched and finally came up with costochondritis, Google it and read it up.....it's so annoying, have any of you had this. |
