OK your best bet should be Turkish air for the 31st of march

For 2 adults 1 infants: 702 200

The journey is over 40 hours ( flying time plus transit time ). But for that price I think the long trip is worth it compared to other fares from other airlines.

If you are on a student visa, and your study duration is 2 years and above

You are safe to buy a one way ticket, but always advice your travel agents to insure that the airline would lift you

Normally you should be able to go with one way but sometimes airlines tweaks grin

, their policies too

Good morning all

This is for mostly our Igbo brothers that travels mostly to Asia, that usually wants to convert their business or tourism visa or extend it

When you are initially given either the first 3 months or 2 months, make sure you buy a ticket to return with your visa duration but the ticket must be valid for a year

Eg

You going to Malaysia your visa is to expire march 25 2018,

You buy a return ticket for, before , atleas 2 days before visa expiration but make sure the ticket is valid for a year.

You could easily tell your travel agent to open it , then extend it to a future date

You would only have to pay for the service or if the initial class you booked isn't available for your preferred new date, you pay for upgrade to a new class

For those flying Ethiopia air to far east Asia. Middle east and central Asia , always be sure of the type of ticket you get. Ethiopia partners with a lot of airlines that don't work in real life. To avoid been stranded

When you see Ethiopia and another airline on your tickets do well to ask questions

Eg of such airlines are

Garuda, Malaysia air, trans pacific, etc

If you are a first time traveller not residing in the east, south, north etc , I would advice you fly throung nnamdi azikiwe airport in abuja.

You get a less traumatic experience experience if you look or sound naive

Buying now against a travel by DEC is not economically wise. Fares would still be on the high side against that period now

A lot of airlines are on promo now especially central Asia and far east routes. You could save a little if you have a well thought out travel plan and buy now.

Remember promotional fares don't last for a year and if you want to extend it you would have to upgrade it to a normal/one year fare class.

Travelling to Stockholm in Sweden is quite straight forward, fast and easy if you travelling with lufhtansa ,

I did a quick travel plan

18 April - 15 may lufhtansa is roughly 327 000

Ironically its the cheapest for that period

Takes you straight to arlanda airport in stocklhom when it makes brief stop at frankfurt

Turkish airways would be your best bet for that date and route sir

A rough cost idea for the 4 of you is 1 670 600 naira

But if you can take the stress

You fly into Montreal

With royal air-maroc : 858200 ( 4 persons )
With Turkish: 953000 ( 4 persons )

Then you take a train ride with is almost a days journey to Halifax

Or you fly

Either ways cost per person is below $100

With this you would be saving over 500000 naira
