If your system came with a Windows 8 license it should have offered you an upgrade to Windows 10. But you can do a Windows 10 upgrade your self. You'll need a flash drive (at least 4gb) to do it. Download the Win10 setup iso, convert the flash drive to be bookable load up the Win 10 setup on it and install to your system.
