Try taking fagil 400mg for 5days.. this will help with the stooling and cure trichomoniasis in case it is it. Taking fluconazole won't help if it is a bacterial infection. I'd advice you to take 6days shots of Gentamicin and take 2 cards of Doxycycline thrice daily. This is a very strong antibiotics and it clears infection well. It is not surprising they are getting reinfected, did they clean the environment (their homes, cars) they left infected prior to admission to the hospital. What of the air vents? Its common sense that such places exposed to infected people need to be disinfected before stay again
