It is peculiar to xiaomi. I have used different brands before and never encountered this shit until i switched to Xiaomi. It is just unfortunate, mine is going to about 15GB now and there's nothing i can do about it. I have searched online and downloaded several 3rd party apps to reveal this hidden files but to no avail.

Most of the junk files can be found in the MIUI folder but you cannot access all. some are cached files and can be deleted via app cleaner but no matter what you do, you can never reduce it to an insignificant level because a large portion of them are inaccessible. The best i was able to get was 9GB after a thorough and extensive search and delete operation.

seriously most of you Don't do deep clean of your Gadgets... Those junks are mostly from whatsapp backup log file alot....


I basically do Deep clean twice a week

My Redmi Note 10 Pro is giving me a little issue, I can't make call when I'm using MTN to browse on 4G. I think it doesn't step down to 3G that's why this is happening but I don't know why it's happening and the solution for it, I can make call with it when I switch it to 3G and same thing happens when I switch to GLO network. Is any other person experiencing this and is there any solution??

oh battery really not draining Tho... Compared to other 5000mah I have used I would say ok but not awesome though... But batter doesn't drain that muxh....
Maybe because am on 60hz refresh rate and low brightness but 4G+ always on for me might be my own little issues but the consumption ain't much

You are indeed not wise. I used an umudigi A5 pro for a year and 8months , it had no fault at all. Not even charger was changed till I sold it off. Going by your logic, that means umudigi is a better brand than Samsung, cos you've changed your Samsung charger since you bought it.
I used a Samsung phone which had screen related problem as far back as 2016, the cost of repairing the screen made no sense to me, I had to dump it.

Sometimes the way we handle our phones also affect its durability. I rarely repair my phones.
The only phone brand that gave me constant headache was the one I vowed never to use again which I don't want to mention here.
I've never worked on my poco x3 pro since I bought it and it has never developed a fault before. I've got loads of games on this phone ( games that wouldn't play on so many phones without lagging). It doesn't even get hot, that's the best part of it, the battery life is something else and the charging speed is like lightning, between 55min to an hour it's already 100% from 0%. It's the 8/256gb variant though.
Imagine I begin to compare this phone to a less than 70k phone, considering this cost between 180-250k now,or I begin to compare this to an iPhone 13pro max that cost a little above a thousand dollars.
You see you aren't a wise man.
Every phone company has phone issues , even your almighty Samsung, however the way we use phones also affect its durability and performance.

Sometimes I get Confused by People comment here.. Most people here know me as redmi 8 guy... I have been using the phone for over 2 yrs and yet its, still running smoothly so I don't really understand all this issues you all complain about Redmi products....
