It started on the 19th June 2016, My Friend introduced me to this MMM of a thing… I obliged and Joined… It was paying well, there was no comma or full stop, not all.
Till I opened an account for my cousin who shared the same surname…
Fast Forward,,,

MMM ADMINISTRATOR placed my account on temporary moratorium of getting help as they provide and get help in the system on 13th September 2016 and told me to verify identity of which I did.
After that, I kept on contacting MMM Support of which they assured me they will remove their God forsaken temporary moratorium which they have used to scam thousands of participants (not only me) as i found out they do it secretly and MMM fortifies its system with this… That also account in a way how they pay 30‰ to their teeming community of 30% earners (Guiders,referrals and ordinary participants)… Only for my account to be blocked by the administrator earlier today that I used two accounts that the registration and referral bonuses have been deleted while my #90,000 I paid since when I started MMM which yielded 189,000 naira parted with the blocked account.

Even as it hurts me being my first time to be scammed…
I will like Nigerians to thread with caution with this MMM of a thing and keep on pursuing their dreams as there is dignity in Labour.

The account am accused of violating their policy is Etetimita345@gmail.com which is also on their temporary moratorium (meaning another scam as that was how they started with my account et4ita01@outlook.com)

1.You did not have to insult me.

2.Well, our economy is dependent on oil, so once oil prices fall, our economy falls with it. We have been there before....in the 1980's.

3.As for electricity...

a) A large percentage of Nigerians and government agencies do not pay light bills....hampering funding of the sector.(We need meters, really....)

b) What makes things worse is that we actually need trillions to get light working 24/7. (That is part of the reason why GEJ privatized power...because he felt the private sector had a better chance of raising the funds.)

4.Thing is, I am not particularly fond of this govt's economic polices. They seem to be more fixated on getting the oil prices up....which won't happen again (because everyone now produces oil....OPEC is not as powerful as they used to be )...than getting Nigeria diversified.

But even then, diversification is going to take ages.It isn't a one year thing.

And anyway, our budget since 2015...has been lean because...oil has been falling (GEJ's minister of Finance Okonjo-Iweala warned Nigerians in 2015 to expect hard times due to the falling oil price...whoever was in charge.).

5.I guess that one way out of the recession is to actually reduce taxes, and increase government spending. Won't work in Nigeria for two reasons

i) Many Nigerians would save, rather than spend...thus negating any attempt to stimulate the economy.

ii) And anyway, where are we going to get the extra money from? Our budget is tied to the oil price....and with oil prices falling PLUS the fact that we are paying off loans from the past, and taking new ones now....where is the money going to come from? (Answer...another loan...which means more burdens for our grandchildren).

It is a tough road yet...whoever is in charge.

Having read the memo, I think that what is happening is that they want to start deducting taxes/pensions/NHF contributions from the monthly salaries, instead of the annual consolidated salary like they used to do.

It may be a bit harsh.....but that is the way it is.

Also, if you want to celebrate Christmas, and you have not been putting a little aside each month over the year, or are not a member of a co-op that saves for xmas...then you better learn to do so.

I expect taxes to go up this year. Things were good under GEJ...because oil was $100 and above. Now it is $50...and for much of this year it was $30 and below. Any government that is not taking strong austerity measures now is not thinking right....they might as well ask the IMF to come and take over.

Ara Efi,Since they increased electricity tarrif to improve power, hv u noticed any change or is it nt worst,THIS GOVT IS PURE FRAUD. keep making xcuses with oil price when the subsidy has been almost removed, what of TSA? They wil keep tellin us dumb things cos dumb ppl stil xsist.
