@(1) You missed the point. New Iphones is what make Apple buoyant in the market.

The reasons for poor performance are:
1. The one you pointed @(3).
2. Apple is a public company, when investors feel any anxiety, they withdraw by selling their shares.
3. The war with qualcomm, is taking a toll on investor confidence.
4. Statistics for last quarter of 2018 has not been released, so you cannot say they did not sell enough.
5. Chinese gov is investing heavily on chinese brands and to utilize any loop hole by Apple.

@(3) Apple has been growing for years even when It hasn't entered chinese market. From hundred to thousand to million to billion to trillion dollars. So China cannot stop it from getting better everyday. So time shall come when it will surpass that 1.1 trillion dollar mark it hit before.

Apple bring in foreign exchange better than any tech company in China, so it is money and technology, Jobs, bargining power, bragging right, buoyant economy, etc to lose for china. If Apple leave, chinese would be spending their foreign exchange to get apple product the way they spend to buy Benz products.

Apple have only money to lose, China do not want to lose more.

So Apple is more important to china than the other way round.

kirin processor is good no doubt, but in the processor market, they are just riff raff compared to Intel and AMD.

The fastness of a processor can never be a benchmark for phone quality.

That Huawei sold more of its cheap & substandard product in Asia and Africa does not make better than Iphone. A single Iphone X cost more than 350 thousand naira while huawei y6II cost 59000 naira. so do the maths. The gains made by huawei cheap products is pathetic. So coming back to Kirin whatever, that does not gurantee any better quality. Components like display and touch screen, sensors pieces, mouth and ear piece, wifi, battery technologies separate Iphone, samsung from the rest. And again company like Intel and AMD that has been producing quality processor for computers, phones, tablet, wearables for decades is still world no1.


On a final note, since huawei workers save their money to buy Iphone, on what ground do you still disturb people with this your imaginary huawei dream. Chinese people today still sell their kidney for Iphone. And the world's only trillion dollar Tech company still appreciate their effort with better innovation.
