I'm still confused.

I thought the introduction of BVAS is to make the result easy to upload.

I thought immediately the votes are counted and recorded, it will be upload in front of everyone to the BVAS before INEC officials take the ballot boxes and everything to the headquarters for cross-checking to ensure that what is on the ballot paper and hardcopies tallies with what is on the BVAS server.

Why is it that some results haven't been uploaded to the BVAS several hours after votes have been counted?

There’s no polling unit where a major party will have zero vote, that’s an evidence of heavy rigging. Obi is somehow the biggest rigger this time around , followed by Tinubu and then Atiku.
