Milk will help a lot; drink lots of it and wash eyes with it.
Cut cucumber and drop on eyes.
Cut onions so that you can cry and clear your eye.
Get enough sleep; 8 hrs daily or more is not bad.
Try to move out and try to see more things other than a screen.
If these don't work,see an optician.
