Empiree:Thanks bro. I appreciate your view on non involvement in sections |
Empiree:Thanks bro..I'll put this into practice.but it is in the course of seeking for more knowledge that I got muddled up in this and more so, we can't even differentiate in this new age the extreme and the moderacy and even sometimes the True path and misguidance since all of them find solace in the Qur'an and the Hadith. I am almost falling into a depressed state...I am more concerned that even among my friends this confusion and unrestful mind exist. Prior to this time, it is something of pride to Muslims that there is unity. I only got to know the extent of disunity when I got admitted into the university |
In the quest of seeking for more knowledge and being a better Muslim.I found myself worse off. It dawned on me the level of disunity and disagreement among the Muslim Ummah. For example even here on NL, u see people disagreeing on common Islamic doctrines/teachings both with the Qur'an and Hadiths as reference. Also, the issue of sects in Islam, I was brought up with the belief that once you are a Muslim following the Qur'an and the Sunnah..you are on the right path, But,nowadays, People's teachings and lectures have made it seem that unless you are of a particular 'sect' you are not truly a believer. I pray to Allah to lead me onto the right path or as inferred most times here the right "sect" I am still very young..will just clock 17 this month and I already have a life time of worries and confusions to deal with. I think I am not the one with this kinda problem. It's really It is acting like a virus in my body and soul But why the disunity, confusion, sectionalization among the Muslim Ummah? Salaam |

Adeshizzy:I mean look at peoples score na |
My advice to all intending applicants: For those that got above average (50% above) in the exam.it does not denote admission and it's just a step in the process and thus, you should celebrate less and work towards securing the admission(through prayers and human resources;connection s and all--beware of scammers tho) For those with less than 50%, 40% above mostly.just keep up your hopes high..their are a lot of students admitted in past sessions with less than 50% in the post utme and above all intensify ur prayers if you are a believer Any economics aspirant?..I am here to help |

This year's result na die |
thorpido:Thanks bro |
thorpido:Thanks bro..I'll work on it but the mistake I made was thinking too much of it in the first place. I literally spent days brooding in the said matter which then subsequently lead me to thinking too much about daily life activities and then being judgmental on me and others |
okirewaju:A'ii...expecting it |
HenryDion:Tanx bro |
I've been having mood swings for a couple of
months..mostly been unhappy
I'll be 18 next month and I just finished my 200 level.
I've been too judgemental and tends to think low of my
self
It all started when someone(a friend) just criticized one
thing I did(I thought too much about it).Since then, I have
been having problem with myself
The little thing d guy said turned to another thing in me.
I was tired of school, can't think clearly and from that day
I, also have been too judgmental on people around me and
on my self.
I've had distorted appetite, slept too much at a time
(characteristics of depression).I really need HELP before
resumption in October
N.B: I am currently doing well in my Academics |
Thanks to every one.I'll try everything I have learnt so far. |
Mindfulness:I understand. I pray I do |
cool |
Mindfulness:Thank you. I'll put this into practice but sometimes I feel like it'll be impossible to go back to my "normal self" |
Mindfulness:Yes...in my thoughts..I easily and unwillingly judge myself and others |
Mrcdorv:lol...I am a guy..Thanx 4 d advice tho..I really appreciate |
