Airtel is using Ericsson RBS in Nigeria. If I'm wrong, kindly tell me whose equipment Airtel uses.
Note: it might depend on region.

Swapping or cutover from UMTS to LTE using the LTE Triband antenna that has frequency range of 564-960 (for LTE 800- it can accommodate 2G 900MHz band) and 1710-2690 (For LTE 2600MHz - has 4 ports and can house 3G 2100MHz and LTE 2600MHz).

It is not a false news. Airtel rolls out means it is in the process of doing the roll out. Airtel has awarded the contract to ZTE at the expiration of Huawei's contract with them.

Airtel-ZTE contract is basically swap of BTS/RBS (Base Telecom Station BBU) from Ericsson to ZTE. Installation of LTE is not part of the project for now. Until Airtel and ZTE reach an agreement on that (swapping of 3G to LTE), the information herein is wrong.

I don't know where your test center is, but if I'm to speak, based on what happened in my centre -- Budo Farm Layout -- I'll say that you'll be allowed to write with your O Level Cert. But, you must bring the certificate (all required certificates) during the interview process. As for the Temporary ID, you'll be allowed to write with it, but the permanent ID is required during the interview. Same goes with the Birth Cert (Hospital issued). Though the lady will ask you to get a Local Government issued certificate.

Please Note: All your documents must bear your complete name. That is, if your Birth Cert has Mustapha Ibikunle Obi on it, all other documents must bear Mustapha Ibikunle Obi. You'll be advised to get a court affidavit if this is not obtainable, though you'll be allowed to write the test.

All they need is a Govt recognized ID. LASRAA is a Lagos State Resident ID and is recognized (according to what the lady said). So, if you can get the ID, not the slip o, that will be better. But I don't know how long it takes before one can get the ID.

Means of Identification is compulsory. A temporary ID will grant you access to write the test. But it won't help you during the interview process. In fact, during documentation, on test day, you'll be told.
