The elders say that 'human wants is insatiable...' yMcy56: How many % dividend yield would have been sufficient sir?
I just think there are other metrics to consider aside the yield.......and, I think 10% is not bad either. ACCESS looks cheap at CP when compared with others in it's category... Also the 2nd bank to have met the new capitalization..... Just my own newbie's perspective anyway.

1m @ 100% compounded for 12months is actually over 100m... The specified rate is per month not per annum emmanuelewumi: Including poverty, financially illiteracy, and investing in things you don't understand how they made.
No business can give you 100% monthly return. Investing N1 million at 100% monthly and then compounding it will grow to N4 million in 12 months how is that possible?

In addition to your loss of funds, I can guarantee that you will do some good jail time. 1. Where you forced to part with your funds? Abi na greed do you? 2. For several reasons, an outright ban would not be possible: diplomatic, economic, etc Both Presidents have friends who are captains of industry so I believe that there's a limit to how far they would stretch. It's a case of trying to bend a matured tree. You don't bend it abruptly else you'll snap it - that's IF you can even bend it at all. I'll suggest that you grab some popcorn because we're in for a long [possibly boring] ride... Streetinvestor2: why are they wasting our time and all this noise. Why can't any outrightly ban the other product from entering his country....haba. We need to move to another thing. This particular move should just end..They are behaving now like women |

Let me assume your claim to be true. Where will these companies produce their goods? The fact that Apple is alleged to have flown in 4 planes of iPhone says a lot about the potential impact. PS: iPhone prices will almost triple IF Apple is to produce in America... Ades1: Most of these companies do not have factories in China! China does not allow foreigners own things! It is usually a joint venture kind of deal.
Apple has a manufacturing agreement with Foxconn, same applies with almost all if not all the other companies you listed.
The first American company to fully own and build a factory in China was Tesla.
I am sure there are other companies like Foxconn in other parts of the world ready to eat their lunch.
America will win by any means necessary |

The chances of this happening are slim. Do you realize that major American manufacturers have a good chunk of their factories in China? GM, Ford, Nike, Dell, Microsoft, Intel, Apple, Qualcomm, P&G, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Johnson & Johnson, HP, Dell even Tesla etc I don't think China have any reason to 'cave in'... megawealth01: China will bow las las |
