After a review, i think unfortunately, there is still more weakness in the market for this asset, standing down the trade for now...sideline for next few days...

The deal was facilitated by the subsidiary (OandO Trading) which was responsible for the sale of all crude and gas.
So it makes sense, especially for transparency, for the lenders to arrange an offtaker. However, I believe that a good chunk of the proceeds will return to OandO else how will they fund their operations and those humongous management expenditure...

Are you sure it's not all? I've had a conversation with someone in the know there before, the statement was that nothing comes back to them. The lenders they have facilities with have agreements with Vitol and Mercuria and they lift 100% of their crude

A percentage (not all)

Also there is a peg on the oil price when such facilities are arranged. The fear is whether Brent will fall below that peg...

The 4-for-1 bonus was issued in June 2024 so it should reflect in FY 2024 report...

Concerning VFDGROUP, the report being referred to concerning no dividend and 4:1 bonus issue was actually for 2023 FYE...
This report was one of the director's report, which I think it was a kind of error on his part......

** We may have to wait and see if there'll be Corporate Action on 2024 FYE.

I expect the Company to clarify this, OR, simply release a corporate Action if there's any.
