Sadly, I can relate with this. It's very difficult to make a good case... megawealth01: I felt so embarrassed today
I was on an ideation call with my team discussing an opportunity in remote work for Nigerians when they asked the Minimum wage in Nigeria. I told them 70,000 Naira. We converted to USD. One of them asked if that was PER HOUR and I said Per month.
The entire team literally screamed in disbelief. They wondered how humans in the labour force could survive on so little 😿.
Despite not being a political leader in Nigeria and actually not living in Nigeria, I felt embarrassed.
I tried to defend the minimum wage issue but I probably didn’t do a good job because the team couldn’t stop showing their shock. |

Hello 👋 Your investment is still intact and you didn't make any mistake. Transnational Corporation (TRANSCORP) carried out what is called a share reconstruction. Every 4units held was reduced to 1unit while the SP was multiplied by 4. Your initial holding of 2435 became 609 (2435 ÷4) I hope this clears the problem Onyenso1: Please I need help here.😰 I'm new to this stock investment stuff but earlier this year in the month of March, I bought 2345 units of Transcorp shares at different prices though. First time I bought 20 units @14.44 Second time I bought 15 units @14.45 Third time I bought 200 units @13.95 Fourth time I bought 170 units @13.75 Fifth time I bought 2000 units @17.34 And then I bought the last time 30 units @15.75 Please don't judge my trading method, I'm still trying to understand this stock trading and how it works. The problem I have now is that I came back to my shares in october and found Transcorp share price at 45.75 and I discovered my shares unit was remaining 609. All the way from 2435 units that I bought altogether. I didn't sell anything from it all this while. Please can someone explain to me what happened to the rest of the unit and how I can avoid making same mistake again if actually the problem is from my end.
Please help a sister.😫 |

Please remain. Since you have been keenly ignoring the suggestions of many... designking: If you are trading with large funds, stay away from Bamboo App.
You can place orders in Bamboo app and the orders won't be fulfilled or executed for several days and the money used for the order will not be refunded to your wallet.
The funny thing is that if you don't manually review all your past orders, you might never notice these unfulfilled orders.
They will abandon your orders and debit your wallet... Even when you notice it, they will tell you to wait for 3days and even after the 3days the transaction still won't be resolved.
I have had several of this hidden failed orders all over Bamboo some are even still there unresolved after 4days and the stock I wanted to buy has even grow past the suitable entry price and the money is yet to be reversed back to my wallet.
Stay away from Bamboo App, I am speaking from experience.
I am gradually moving out of Bamboo App. |

Every mallam to his kettle... Xidget: #Observation
Most FA investors advised people to sell banks stocks 2months ago when price was low because of dilution from recapitalisation. And buy back at Q1 2025 when it will become cheaper.
Same people are encouraging people to buy now that price is high. Now, I am wondering, does the dilution not matter anymore? |

Can't categorically say. I believe the DIV QD will cause some fluctuations... This movt should rub off on OandO... Sunrisepebble: Upwards or downwards? I want to get a good long term entry price, as well as also qualifying for the dividend. Was hoping to get an average cost of 400 before Wednesday |

I have been following FMN. The bolded is the basis of my statement when compared to the SP movt after announcement of the buyout price... yMcy56: Did you check out FMN assets and results? It's a stock that hardly gets attention quite alright but it has been doing slow and steady move over years.......from 14 that I can remember noticing it. |
