1.024 billion MrDiligence: Great concept, although doubling 1 million every year will not give you 1 billion by the tenth year but 512 million. |

Just like DS/NS you are trapped. I'll advice that you hold on till DANGREFINE begins to sell PMS, there's definitely going to be a spike in ETERNA and (maybe MRS). That might present an opportunity to sell at a profit... yak: Someone should advise me what to do with Eterna. I bought at #28. Keep hope alive or sell and cut my losses? |

NNPC-NNPCL-OVH
I am glad that ‘The Truth’ about the tussle for the soul of the Petroleum Industry is beginning to reveal itself.
First, we find NNPC (a government/public company) transition to NNPCL (a private company) without any form of disclosure.
Next, NNPCL claimed to acquire OVH Energy Marketing (the second largest retail franchise at the time) to make NNPC Retail the largest retail franchise in sub-Saharan Africa.
Next, we saw is OandO plc (a debt-ridden company) buying out prime assets of an established company.
Next, we see NNPC Retail [literally] dissolved without being wound up and OVH Energy Marketing happens to be the resulting entity [a subsidiary of OandO plc]
In simple terms OandO plc has become probably the only fully established Integrated Energy Company in Nigeria.
All these might seem like a French roulette but it is a well-arranged domino…the final piece being a REFINERY! |

I hope all this hullabaloo will not hinder the proposed commencement of PMS distribution by DANGOTE REFINERY.

Premium JIJO... MARKETJJC: God saved you. Please don't always listen to monkey Hunters. OANDO don cast was put forward to cause fear and push the price low for them to buy again after selling.
For me, I thank God for those that panicked and sold as it made me buy cheaper than I expected. Sold at #48 and dividend the money into three, bought 1/3 at #41, bought another 1/3 at #34 and another at #29. And today we are back to #43. That is how we roll. OANDO will go places |

You must be a mentee of Mr Warren Buffett ... emmanuelewumi: The property was sold to release cash and enhance liquidity, reason why I respect his ingenuity.
Just like someone who sold his apartment for N20 million, then invested the fund in fixed income to get N4 million per annum. Whereas his rent N1 million per annum.
Then used the fixed income investment as a collateral for a loan of N12 million in order to enhance other money making opportunities. Was lucky to turn the loan to N40 million within 30 months |

Let me drop my 2cents (as a layman): Nigeria's Oil Industry is fighting one major battle: Oil theft and vandalism. This is a major reason for the exit of IOCs from any activity in the ND region. Secondly some details of the deal are: - OML 60 - 63 (formerly 20% now 40% stake). Economic limit is 2028. This means profit is only guaranteed till 2028. - OPL 282 and 135 (90% and 48% stake respectively). Until prospecting becomes production, we can't ascertain their profitability. - Okpai 1 and 2 power plants (960MW TNC). Based on 2021 reserves estimates, Oando’s total reserves stand at 503.3MMboe (Million Barrels of Oil Equivalent) and the transaction will deliver a 98% increase... Streetinvestor2: Another question just crossed my mind on this oando matter .why is agip leaving if those oil wells are full of real wonderful dollar value. I hope they have not bought another expensive shell like in the first deal oh.I hope the management shine eyes well in this second oil company buy.As per power company attached that wan na super story.
Any expert in that field what do you think on agip oil wells performance .Make e no be say dey don go buy beautiful nonsense again...lol |

...and more cashouts yMcy56: What matter most for OANDO for now, is to find support above 30.... Once this is established, then it will be good to go (up) any moment there's good news again.
Oga Emma has done excellently well, BUT, he still needs to consider the subjective aspects of this trading...... Everything can't be 100% objective......we have Traders also in the market, not only investors, and Traders creates more liquidity far more than investors. |
