PoliticsRe: 750bn Agriculture Intervention Fund To Be Created By FG & CBN by kashflynn(m): 10:37am On May 18, 2016
Except we change our direction from Government running the economy, to private sector taking full charge of the economy, while Government regulate. We won't make any head way, will keep on running in circles.. Entrepreneurship with capitalization is the way forward for Nigeria economy.. While should we the FG give any one seedlings or fertilizer, FG should only on its bids to grow the sector faster subsidize this seedlings that's all not provide them with seedlings nd farmers... Substances farming isn't the way forward but large scale commercial farming as the market is there nd a huge one at dat.. A commercial farm with adequate funding to develop its products and market, doesn't need any1 to supply them with seedlings nd fertilizer as they have the resources nd funds to sources them by themselves and take their output to the market to recover their investment nd make profit.. This whole thing isn't Rocket science ohh, the way we are going. We wld end up spending billions of dollars and achieve no remarkable achievement to compensate for the huge amount invested... A road map nd blue print should be spelt out to improve, encourage and attract local nd foreign investors participation in the agriculture sector if we are to record remarkable growth in the coming year, nd the blue print that I have, but hw do I bring it to the table that's my challenge, any 1 with resources to make this happen ur free to contact me. That's my own 2cent

Hello dear am shocked at the way my fellow Christian Brothers has been responding to u on this trend... I no ur angry nd u wld always have that anger in u for what happened I used to feel that way myself once upon a time, but bear in mind that humans wronged u nd not Jehovah himself nd that the elders themselves are humans nd imperfect once at that, there have been several occasions where elders where dropped nd reproved for over stepping their boundaries or abusing their powers nd alot of reform has been put in place which u might not be aware of.... But I want you to know that no matter ur errors Jehovah still loves you and wishes that some day u return back to the flock nd pls do me a favor Vist the website JW. ORG and download the newly released brochure Return to Jehovah, it's just 16pages long.. Thanks I pray u make out time to get it nd read it nd i have u in my prayers nd am sure majority of the Jehovah servant world wide still have all inactive one's in their prayer, and some day while this old system continue u cld return to activate state nd used ur experience to encourage many young star's in Jehovah's service Goodnight

I one's spoke with 1 of the Marketing Manger at jabi Abuja. I asked him a few questions as to the spec of the supposed car he was marketing (IVM), to my greatest shock he had to clue shocked. Even d basis like the horse power, hw many plug/cylinder or how many liter gallon, he doesn't know anything about the car his marketing, he just told me that is the same spec with modern car nd if I give a purchase order of 1000 cars dat he would deliver even out of Nigeria.. I gave him my opinion, that the ideology of hoping on government purchase or the sentiment strategy of telling Nigerians to by our own, is actually limiting the company vision and outreach, companies like KIA, FORD, RANGE ROVER, LAMBOGHINI, TOYOTA, etc all this company all built nd developed their market, giving consumers a reason to leave all the brand in the world to come buy Ford or Toyota, and that's the approach IVM should seriously start considering, building a culture, followership towards their brands, where me myself have pictures of innoson vehicles in my phone/laptop and can't wait to have my own IVM, give ur customers a reason to leave all the products and come buy ur products, d fact that it's made in Nigeria alone isn't a reason dat I should buy 1 i work very hard for my money so wen I want to buy a car I should buy the best, value for my money. The cars brand i mentioned above are all doing well in their parents country and widely successful abroad, owning an automobile company ain't easy so if decide to own 1 u better step up and the right thing, if innoson dat have enough money to invest in his market, I suggest he start putting a proposal to attract more funds from investors in exchange for equity, it won't be easy but there's always some 1 out there datz crazy enough to believe and invest, datz my piece. I hope I have made common sense to innoson motors... Oboy this my story long ohh cheesy tongue

CBN pls put in a place a proper structure that would not only enable Nigerian entrepreneurs access to the 220Billion Naria for sme, but also portfolio /team with Vast industry knowledge that would work with the beneficiaries, help them build, grow, strategies and mitigate through the Nigeria system, as this would help reduce the amount of failed business on the part of inexperienced entrepreneurs with the next big game changing idea.. Also Nigeria is in a die need of economic revolution, so the idea of providing seed funding of 1-10m should be discouraged, we need to take things to the next level... We should be looking at providing funds around 100M-2B NARIA capital for viable business idea, with huge growth potential, market scalability and sustainability, so the world don't start laughing at us, as a county where their counterpart abroad are doing big things, we are here boasting that we can now produce PENCILS (the highest level of mediocrity)....
NB: Nigerian entrepreneurs have what it takes to transform Nigeria into an industrial nation by producing and providing services that we be used by Nigerians and in the future exported. I have a proposal on how we can Transform Nigeria into an industrial nation with a 15 years growth plan of investing and developing 15-20 Nigerian start up into big business, we could account for over 200 big business in the country.. Achieving this flight isn't rocket science, just that we with the ideas are always restricted by means to implement them, you can check my profile for a brief insight.. I have the blue prints on how this pattern should flow, but my constraints has been getting this across to the CBN, whoever could help should contact me

by Bayo Adeyinka
I am writing this post with a lot of caution and
trepidation. I have never subscribed to ethnic
chauvinism and I actually detest being labelled as
a tribal bigot. I am usually very careful because I
have friends and colleagues from every part of
the nation and some of my best friends are not
even from my side of the country.
However, recent events are making me to have a
deeper reflection and I wish we- Southerners in
this instance- can have some kind of
introspection. Out of 25 appointments made so
far, 18 are from the North, 3 are from the South
West, 4 are from the South South while the South
East has ZERO appointments. A tweet which I
saw today stated that “southerners are only
competent when it’s time for elections but
northerners are competent in terms of
governance” and this made the following thoughts
run through my mind:
1. Only Southerners have been accusing fellow
Southerners of corruption. Oshiomole has been
attacking Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as if Ngozi turned
down his marriage proposal. The same Oshiomole
tried to make nonsense of Akinwumi Adeshina’s
successes in the agriculture sector. Ambode tried
to pull Fashola down and successfully smeared
him with stains. Maybe that’s why Fashola did
not get the Chief of Staff role. I’m yet to see a
Northerner accuse another Northerner of
corruption, even when they belong to different
parties. The closest a Northerner got was when
the new Kano State Governor attacked Rabiu
Kwankaso but he quickly sheathed his sword and
even disowned previous reports of attacks. Why
are we like this?
2. Are Southerners the only ones who are
corrupt? Were there no northerner heading the
ministries and parastatals? Did the outgone
Comptroller-General of Customs, Abdullahi Dikko
not have an alleged case of certificate forgery but
he still served out his tenure until he resigned
voluntarily? I’m not in support of corruption
under any guise but the fight against corruption
must not be seen to be sectional.
3. How come it’s easier for the President to
believe that Sanni Abacha was not corrupt in
spite of recovered loot while it is so easy for him
to believe Goodluck Jonathan is irredeemably
corrupt?
4. I still remember that aside from God, Tinubu
made Tambuwal what he is today. The same
Tambuwal would later call Femi Gbajabiamila
‘incompetent’ and rated Dogara as more
competent. The same Tambuwal was propped up
by Tinubu, a Southerner against a fellow
Southerner, Mulikat Akande. Obasanjo was very
key to denying Goodluck Jonathan a second
term. A good number can still recall how OBJ tore
his PDP membership card in public glare. The
Northerners find it easy to support themselves
but we are always pulling ourselves down.
Babangida Aliyu, Sule Lamido and all the other
Northern Governors including the former PDP
Chairman Adamu Muazu often times refused to
campaign for Goodluck Jonathan openly and
many times even espoused the virtues of the
opposing candidate on the rostrum!
5. Southern leaders and Presidents pull down
Southern business men but prop up Northern
ones. How many people still remember how
Obasanjo ran Mike Adenuga out of town but both
Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan made Aliko
Dangote what he is today. No northern leader
goes against their own. I dare to put it on record
that President Buhari will never go against Aliko
Dangote for any reason.
6. How come OBJ pardoned Salisu Buhari, the ex-
Speaker who forged his credentials and he later
was given an appointment as a Governing Council
member of a University and heavens did not fall-
but when Goodluck Jonathan pardoned
Alamieyeseigha it became one of the major issues
counted against him? Is there one rule for some
and another rule for others?
7. We find it easy to raise our voices in support of
the deportation of Buruji Kashamu but have no
qualms with Atiku Abubakar strutting around the
corridors of power.
8. Only Southerners find it so easy to abuse their
elders when they voice opinions not in tandem
with the popular opinion. We find it easy to diss
Afenifere elders and call them ‘Afenifebi’ while
hurling expletives and curses at them. We even
abuse our kings and priests. Northerners will
never abuse an Emir no matter how unpopular
what he said is. Can you imagine any Northerner
raising his voice against the Sultan? In spite of
Tanko Yakassai, Balarabe Musa and Dangiwa
Umar’s perceived support for Jonathan, northern
youths did not abuse them. But our own youths
run down our elders on social media while our
educated elite also support the act.
These are some of the thoughts that have been
running through my mind. I don’t pretend to have
all the answers and I do this at the risk of being
labelled an ethnic bigot. The point however is
that Southerners have to get their acts right. We
have to put our house in order. The bickering
must stop. Let’s engage our emotional
intelligence. Let’s not allow others to exploit our
tendency to self-destruct.

PoliticsHow State Governors Can Achieve 1million Sustainable Job With 6-10billion Naria. by kashflynn(op): 7:19am On Mar 14, 2015
HOW STATE GOVERNORS CAN ACHIEVE 1MILLION SUSTAINABLE JOB WITH 6-10BILLION NARIA.

Government don't create job, Government provide Infastructure that aid the private sector create job through PPP (Public Private Patnership) by Anyi Victory. 2015

The biggest problems for every government is how to create jobs for her citizens, especially in Nigeria where the level of unemployment is at an alarming rate and sadly financial institutions don't do enough to compensate the effort of growing entrepreneurs in Nigeria that can fill the void of unemployment. But! Ever wondered why financial institutions refuse to provide soft loan (collateral free loan) to entrepreneurs seeking seed funding for their start-up? Series of research and discussion with stake holders in the financial sector, and I arrived at this; no SECURITY/GUARANTEE on Investment. I.e A bank for instance invests in a potential viable start-up and in d long-term it fails. Who Carter for the loss incurred by the bank in helping/risking a venture to enable an entrepreneur grow. Now some schools of taught would say that banks make a lot of money so they should take size able amount of risk forgetting the money bank trade with are not theirs but stake/share holders money, but what if there's a way to hedge the risk. So bank's don't go into the jungle without back up; this is where the state Government comes in.
Government in time past has brought so many empowerment scheme that had yielded little or no result. But a state Governor seeking to industrialized, boost revenue, and create job for her citizens in the state can achieve this by availing an intervention fund, within the range of 6-10BILLION NARIA that would be invested in startup, established Business seeking more funding to expand all doing business in the state over a period of 6 years. How does this work you ask?

Simple! a state Governor willing to implement my proposal avails an intervation fund of 10 billion naira, and steps out. The Bank's in turn takes over from there, by providing soft loan to entrepreneurs whom their business plan has been examined by the bank and scored OK as a venture viable to succeed in Nigeria market.

NB: the usefulness of the intervation funds comes to play when a bank invest in a business idea and it fails, the bank's don't bear all the lost as the money loaned would be refunded to the bank, that is after proper investigation on the cause of business failure, and all projects executed by the bank must be in the state where the intervation fund was established open to both indigeen and non-indigeens with viable project capable of boosting the state economic value (GDP).

with this model put in place, a million viable job both direct and indirect job would be created over a period of 4-6years. Bank's capability to provide soft loans to series of entrepreneurs Without the hurdle on how to recover the funds invested should the Business fails(dragging their feet back), the contingency has been provided by the state government. The entrepreneur with the assistance gotten from the bank can now established his/her idea into reality in the state, thereby creating jobs for unemployed skilled and unskilled worker, boosting the state economic potential (utilizing available resources to attain maximum out puts), revenue generation through task levied on the organization, although task holiday would be given as an incentive.

This model established across state level would be a big Game Changer and Economic potential drivers, also lessen the burden at the Federal level. As Governors can now generate more revenue for their state, create viable jobs for her citizens, and attract more foreign investment easily as it begirth certain states in Nigeria. Also boost Human Potential Capacity Development (HPCD). I.e people know a well taught out Business plan could see the light of day, with funding facilities, that is my proposal.

The potential of the above model highlighted are enormous when implemented, so also are the flaws that would crash the program, lead to huge lost of funds, if the model isn't properly implemented. But the good news is every flaws has been identified and contingency put in places. Intrested Governors awaiting to exploit the potential of my model, by having me help implement this model in his state should contact me Anyi Victory on this number 08064694353 , 08173517603. Kashflynnresource@gmail.com, also a detailed proposal on the implementation process would be tendered. Thanks

Please share on your various social media platform after reading This write up, as it is intended for state Governors, I brought this information on social media platform, cause am constrained on means to reach the state Government directly with my proposal but alot good could be achieved on social media. So please read and share, maybe you might be the one who sends it to its desired destination. Thanks as your efforts to national progress is highly apprecieatd. Anyi Victory
