Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso emphasised the relevance of he and his colleagues to the future of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) when he spoke in parables in an interview. According to him,

"If you're talking of the field marshal in Jigawa State (Malam Sule Lamido) you cannot talk of small and smaller politicians. If you're going to Jigawa, you have to reach Kano. In Kano, we are not only putting on red collars, we're putting on red caps. Now, you are talking of the professor in Sokoto (Alhaji Aliyu Wamakko), and you are saying that negatively? Not to talk of the mullah in Kebbi (Governor Dakingari). So also, the leader of northern politics in Minna (Alhaji Aliyu Babangida). We're not even talking of the admiral (Nyako) in Adamawa State, and the Director-General in Kwara State, and many other leaders that are there."

that you have never stolen public
funds as a public officer-Buhari
Buhari also declared that he has
never touched a kobo of public
funds throughout his career in
government. LISTEN!!!
"I have had the fortune and
privilege of managing national
resources in various capacities-
as a military commander, as a
state governor, as a minister, as a
head of Petroleum Trust Fund
and as a head of state of this
great country. And in all that i
have been and done, i have never
touched a kobo of public funds."
Challenging Jonathan, Buhari said
further: "I say this without pride
and with sense of responsibility
and humility, but i challenge
anyone in the race for leadership
of this country then or now to
dare make the same claim."
This is a serious challenge! If
Jonathan is clean, let him briefly
respond to further boost the
confidence of the electorate in
him, Nigerians have been waiting
for a response from you Mr
President since 2011 that you
have never stolen a penny from
Nigeria, We shall continue to
wait
