After 8 years of Buhari's rulership which seemed to embolden Islamic terrorists in southern Kaduna, the core North and the middle belt, APC's plan is to hoist on us another Muslim (he just returned from Mecca for lesser Hajj) who has a fundamentalist running mate.

Yes, they have no outright Islamization agenda, but the fundamentalist Islamic camp is watching. It's sending a message to them that they will be pardoned in the worst case scenario that they are caught. It's their brothers in power by the way.

This was a similar scenario that happened in Lebanon. The political space was slowly being hijacked by fundamentalist Muslims while the other arm of the jihad force: the terrorists, were busy decimating Christians in their numbers.

The Christian demographic group needs a strong voice in government else they would be soon considered second class citizens.

Additionally, there's a sinister reason why there's only one Christian candidate in this election. The political phase of the decimation of Christians has been in play for a long time and this seems to be the high point.

Stop the trend.
