The constitution is very clear, a candidate must be educated up to "at least" secondary school level or its equivalent. Buhari CLEARLY surpassed the requirement. He was educated "up to" secondary school, aside that he was educated at post secondary school level through the NDA. Going further, he acquired other post-secondary education in the UK and USA War College where he obtained a diploma between 1979 and 1980. A confirmation from any of the post-secondary institution he attended or his secondary school will nail pdp's case. Again, the PDP's case will be thrown out
