Not to worry as much as i fret ,where i am going to is closer than where i am coming from so its all good. My positivity is 100% 100% positivity is all that's needed. Gbam |

Hamiltondreamer: Maybe I should find out where my file is now. The thought of it is giving me panic attacks. I have UK visa refusal. I will wait till end of this month. That's a better option. And if it turned out the to be almighty London Visa Office, mehn, you need to buy plenty chill pills. Considering you had UK visa refusal tho, you file should be at London already. Pele. I will join you in prayers. |

Hamiltondreamer: 4 days on NA2 and am already heart palpitations. This process is not for the weak. Just 4 days pere o. Maybe I can help you settle your mind. I was on NA from June 27th to October 14th. Sha go and buy groundnut and plenty bags of pure water to chill on this NA stage. CIC are unpredictable. It might be short or otherwise. But it will end in praise. |

philip3: men see some thick men/women on NA2. been on 18 days and I don dey para. how do y'all cope? just to add to the theory. past visa refusals twice to the UK. only one travel history for my undergrad not like baba 26 countries. I was on NA from June 27th to October 14th. File transferred to London on August 9th. Had 3 past visa refusals to the UK and madam has just 1. Had plenty travels tho. File was kept in queue awaiting review for a very long time. My advice is take plenty chill pills, buy groundnut and pure water, start thinking about people you will miss when u finally moved to Canada. Spend time with families and friends because London will attend to your file whenever they wish and there is no way you can help it |

I'm just a bit concerned why they are calling you for an interview at NA2 stage. What did the guy at CIO recommend that brought this interview at this stage? Did they ask you to bring anything when coming? Just thinking aloud !!!!!!!! |

I am one of those silent followers of this thread.
Got my RFV mail last week. Sorry, I'm posting this late.
AOR - 9th May, 2017. Medical passed: 26th June IP1 and NA : June 27th File sent to London office : 9th Aug IP2 on the 14th October.
On 17th October, got an usual ADR request: 1. Updated POF. 2. Why I got a gift deed from my brother.
On 24th October, I submitted the updated POF, a letter from my brother confirming that the deed was given by him and a letter from myself plus my net worth certificate.
On 25th October, I got the RFV mail in MyCic profile.
We have submitted our passports through DHL on Friday 27th October.
I just wanted us to know that London office is in the habit of asking for funny ADRs and we should please endeavor to keep our POF intact all through the process.
To all the seniors here, I say a big thank you for guiding us through this.
To everybody here, thank you for this journey.
Speedy PPR to all still waiting. |

Java47: The highest transaction is what I reflected in the gift deed, the other huge amount is from my other account. Which can be proven with bank statement, all other payments were broken to the maximum of 200k. One from a company account, the other from personal account. Others below 200k. I've got a registered company with cac certificate I intend to attach what doo you think? I believe with all the documents you are attaching, it should be fine. All the best. |

Java47: I have all the forms used for the transfer scanned, and will attach them too with the gift deed.
Quick question, people owing me also paid me, and was also paid for some other personal jobs i did (website development etc), but no receipt for them as it was via transfer from personal accounts and one from a company account. How can i handle this? The tune of this is actually below 300k. . .
I'm exploring all the options i can use. Thanks. Please, is the 300k a single transaction? if yes, you might need to get an explanation for it. I remember in one of those discussions, we were deliberating on how much is termed 'large sum' and one of the seniors advised that anything from 1,500 CAD must be accounted for. Just his personal opinion tho. I hope this help |

temitope06: Bro I no just send again. I know a lot of ppl have gotten PPR using gift deeds. A dude on Canadavisa forum even outlined all d docs he submitted in relation to POF and he used gift deed and he's in Canny so whatever the VOs wanna do, let em do. High BP is reaaalll Bro, I know I'm new here but I think we all need to chill on this gift deed matter. I am a member on Canadavisa forum and I have been through over 400 pages on Reasons for Rejection, not once was the gift deed mentioned as a reason for rejection. If the person that brought it up can provide evidence, then we can start worrying but till then let us just calm down. A lot of people got their PPR using the gift deed and people are still using it. I will advice that we get all our gift deeds notarize. It could like 2K or 3K. And try to provide evidence of the transfer into your account. Thank you. |
