pls, i requested for certificate and key from s60cert but to my suprise, i can only download certificate but the key cannot be downloaded showing dat there is no key file at all, pls help me, i use nokia E5

Your case is 70-30 hardware or software. most of the time its software but it may also be hardware. Backup your files to the memory card so that you wont lose your data. i suggest you flash it first, cuz flashing may entail little risk and if that is the cause it will be rectified. but if it is software and you do hardware on the process of troubleshooting the engineer may have tamper with what is not on the fone, making software not work even after flashing it. Hope u get d drift.

When i formated it wit 3keys,it asked me to select country which i belief dat it has formated but the problem stil persist.am tired of dis restarting

please, my n85 will just restart itself anytime am operating it, even if i am charging it, it do restart itsef, have done formatrtin wit codes but the problem still persist, even when i formated it i try to operate it but within few minutes it will restart without even putin mmc inside it. i cant play game talkless of browsing on it. am afraid of restarting. pls help me , hav installed antivirus like kapersky and netquin but the problem still there.
