There's nothing like "too much" in the Fast & Furious series. The whole point of the series is to surpass the craziness of the last entry.

Your point is also not reasonable. F9 is an installment in a series about ridiculous car stunts. Car stunts that fans of the series love. Rating it low because you don't like the car stunts suppose make person vex.
And it's also one of Universal's biggest franchises.

F9 is as worth its high rating as Squid Game is worth its high rating.
