How a shared universe works is that elements of each environment are depicted in the other's environment. In this case, an easter egg alluding to the western branch/office/quarters of the Soul Society being situated in Reverse London. We'll see how that plays out as the show progresses.
Where did you download your episodes from? Mine had no "Bleach" written at the end, so I can't fully comment on this.

Something I don't understand is why monet is giving Zeke her nephew a good life and leading him the right path by sending him to college, even assigned Tariq to help him in order for him succeed. But she's putting her own kids on the path of destruction. Her kids might even get killed in drug business they doing.

Calling Burn the Witch a Bleach set in the UK when the worldbuilding has barely kicked off is a seriously dumb statement. It's not even a spin-off, for crying out loud. Just exists in the same universe with Bleach.
