My WES evaluation report was completed this morning; but i cant download my report from my WES profile and also no email was sent to me to my email. This is the error I'm seeing. Has this happened to anyone before? And how long did it take before it was resolved?

Everyone now thinks that NLNG is the place to wake up happy. My brothers and sisters in the LORD. A lot of you will still wake up in LNG unhappy just after few months of working there. Just as you were happy in the few months of your old Job and got dissatisfied along the way, the same thing will still be replicated here. Until you reach the point of self enlightenment where you get to understand that being happy is a choice you have to make irrespective of circumstance.

On another Note
There might be a difference between waking up unhappy on a 2ft 6inches single spring bed and waking up unhappy on a 6ft double king size bed.
Which bed do you want to wake up unhappy on? The choice is yours. Make it.

The NLNG wait can turn you into many things. Jesu!!!!!! After the reggae, u know what to do..........

Just checked the definition of patience from the dictionary. My conclusion after that was 98% of us don't have that ish.
Patience is defined by Encarta as the capacity for waiting: the ability to endure waiting, delay, or provocation without becoming annoyed or upset, or to persevere calmly when faced with difficulties..... I have gone pass annoyed or upset. Just waiting to see if it will end well so i will tell my children that there was a time when u would apply for a Job in 2013 and resume in 2016.

On another note
Where are all the "spill the" beans, milk, coffee, moi-moi, eba .... peeps.
Guess after the AC we all suddenly became so so hungry that spilling was no longer an option.
Not as easy as you thought haaaa.

.......B.B.H.M.Job to NLNG.

I hope you learn to make it on your own
And if you love yourself just know you'll never be alone
I hope that you get everything you want and that you chose
I hope that it's the realest thing that you ever know
Hope you get the pretty girls, that's pretty at everything
Million dollar cribs havin' million dollar dreams
And when you get it all just remember one thing
Remember one thing
That this Job could change the world.

We pass the door and shut others out.

Whether them like am whether them no like am ............................
Whistling away.

Their scare tactics has been working thus far
Do u wanna know the simple trick they use to reaffirm the secrecy.
Funny enough its just word of mouth and usually comes after the interview exercise.
It starts with something like this "if u like u can go talking about what happened here but know this .............
The remaining statement reactivates your greatest fears.

NLNG bad Noni. I hail.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: 2013 Nigeria Liquified Natural Gas (NLNG) Graduate Trainee by kayceekels: 10:07pm On Jun 10, 2015
For the love of god and mankind, if u have done your AC and u don't wanna talk about what HAPPENED there. Please, Please and Please just keep shut. The tension is already high enough.
Don't come here saying ish like "Go there prepd with all u know about AC's and u r good to go." Like some intend leaving some knowledge behind at home.

On another note;
If u wanna see people in their true form all u need do is set a big game/catch and watch the true beast emerge.
NLNG needs "caring" instead "these" are the people they get;
People that wont tell u the color of the AC ground/wall because they think it gives u an unfair advantage.
People that probably wish half the other contestants dead, so as to increase their chance of going through.
............
Funny enough these psychopaths/sociopaths are the ones that mostly pull through. grin Sad story though, just like the "Nightcrawler" movie.

How some peeps think.....
How good is the food? So u want to know how good it is so u can come prepared with your own food and then having the chance to surpass us that ate the bad food.... No No No.... U will have to taste it yourself on that day.

On another note
So if i want them to cancel this very very very long recruitment exercise, all i need do is take the following steps.
1. Go to the assessment center.
2. Try hard to pass but if i get the impression that my performance was not up to par.
3. Come to this thread and spew everything that happened on that day + names of those assessing.
4. Take a chilled coke and wait for the cancellation mail.

U guys never seize to surprise me.

Douglas Hoc: I did it like an essay. I titled the write-up 'My Reccomendation to the management of Xyz limited'. I gave introduction, stated and explained what I felt was the problem, proferred my solutions and lastly a conclusion.
Anyway sha, God dey
yes. GOD has the final say. I believe He has manifested himself in this Honeywell recruitment and would finish His project.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Honeywell Graduate Recruitment. (HEP) by kayceekels: 8:04am On Jan 08, 2014
Douglas Hoc: Actually, what I said I would do differently if I had to redo the project was to use another company as my case study. My argument was that I would love to understand how my topic 'Internal Control' worked in other industries. I used an insurance company as my case study, so I said I could use a bank/manufacturing company e.t.c as my case study if I were to do it again
9ce one. What do u tink abt the write up ish. Did u do urs like an essay or dd u do it d way alimi dd his?
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Honeywell Graduate Recruitment. (HEP) by kayceekels: 11:12pm On Jan 07, 2014
pontogenius: As one of the oral presentation question, if given the opportunity to redo your project (the project presented on your slide) in the future, what will be your approach? Whats the best answer
i told d interviewer dat i wouldnt do anytin diff if i had 2 redo it. And i gave reasons. Am an engr graduate and i built a device. B4 makin a choice abt my components i used some critical factors 2 judge. I told him dat unless there r sum new components in the market which can do beta than d ones i used that i dont knw abt, i wouldnt change d way i dd my project. Thats my tot anyway.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Honeywell Graduate Recruitment. (HEP) by kayceekels: 11:02pm On Jan 07, 2014
Bro, i gave u diff definitns 4 d word 'writeup' n i bliv dat my last defn - 'a report abt notes taken earlier on' is applicable in this case. Havent u cum across a boardroom meetn where a report of even 10pages culd be shared out 2 all the members? If ur president is readin out his writeup 2 millions of nigerians on independence day is it in powerpoint or presentatn format? What i feel might b d point of argument is that we shd nt exceed d 600words limit. I rest my case. Any1 dat has a similar or diff view shd pls speakup.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Honeywell Graduate Recruitment. (HEP) by kayceekels: 10:07pm On Jan 07, 2014
Alimi7: D write-up shud be in presentation format buh I was surprised to see pple writing essay,my thought though.
write up- a review, an account, an article in a newspaper or magazine in which sumbdy writes what they tink abt sumtin, a report abt notes taken earlier. These r dictionary definitns 4 d word 'write up'. The questn says do a writeup 2 present 2 d management in not more than 600 words. So u r meant 2 write an essay kind of report. Thats what i feel though. I wrote an essay kind of report frm the notes i made durin d discussion.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Honeywell Graduate Recruitment. (HEP) by kayceekels: 5:59pm On Jan 07, 2014
If u guys dnt mind we culd do a little discussion as regards sum of the stuffs we encountered during the assessment centre to kill time. Eg what is ur opinion of xyl limited? That ws the 1 of the questns for the writeup we did. So what ws ur opinion
