Any Tecno product is still good. The TECNO pop 3 plus is a good DEVICE and within your budget. |
Great upgrade from spark 3 and with a good budget price. |
Instead of people to just come and tell us about their products, it's functionalities and how good it is, they will be shouting about other products. So because tecno is leading the market now, you will not have peace again? Sell your products and let tecno sell theirs. |
They will never just market their products and leave TECNO alone, They have indirectly helped tecno market their products to the point that the chart below recognized them as "UNKNOWN" Unknown marketers with Unknown products.

WhatsApp has increased the limit of participants in group video calls to eight participants: here’s what changes and how to do them After the arrival on the beta version of Android and iOS, after the official announcement by WhatsApp, now the new function is finally available for everyone: on the messaging application, it is possible to make video calls up to eight participants. The “new tool” is available on the latest version of the application and to use it you need to update WhatsApp, otherwise, it will not be possible to use it. Group video calls for up to eight participants is just one of the latest features implemented by WhatsApp to deal with the Covid-19 emergency. The application has experienced a real boom in daily users, especially as regards group calls and video calls. So far, however, there was only one major flaw: the limit of participants (four). The technicians were able to listen to user requests in a short time and increased the number of participants, also developing a new graphical interface. Although it may seem like a small thing, in reality, it is not so: smartphone screens have limited dimensions and being able to give each person the right space is not easy. WhatsApp, however, has found a solution that satisfies everyone: here’s how to make group video calls with eight participants. WhatsApp, group video calls with eight participants on Android and iOS; The new limit imposed by WhatsApp does not lead to changes in the way a group video call is initiated. The procedure to follow is always the same. Whatsapp app Update with 8 members Video Call : In the case of a group chat with many participants, the group is accessed and the icon with the handset positioned at the top is pressed. At this point, a menu appears with the list of all the participants in the group and you can choose who to make the video call with. The limit of eight participants also includes the one who initiated the call. The rules for inviting other people to the video call, in the event that there are fewer than eight, always remain the same: all participants can add other users by pressing the little man icon in the upper right corner. The only change compared to before concerns the application interface: to make room for eight people on the screen, it was divided into eight equal rectangles. The space for each participant is somewhat limited, but it was the only solution available. How to download the latest version of WhatsApp for Android and iOS : The mandatory obligation to use the new function is to update WhatsApp to the latest version available; iOS 2.20.50 Android 2.20.141. If one of the participants in the group video call does not have one of these two versions, it will not be possible to make it with eight people. To download WhatsApp iOS 2.20.50 or WhatsApp Android 2.20.141 you need to enter the App Store or Google Play Store and check in the updates section if the update is available. The release will be gradual and most likely you will have to wait a couple of days for it to reach everyone. I really don't understand what you mean by winning? Is it in terms of popularity? Is it in area of wide Market awareness? Is it in large sales? Is it in after sales repair? Is it in availability of hardware parts? If it is in those area I listed above , You sure knows TECNO rules!!!. |
One fairly used Lenovo phone like that. Before I port to TECNO. |

I watch more TV programs and my phone is most times glued to my hand as I have to surf the Internet and watch movies on Netflix. But the positive aspect of the lockdown is that am doing Google Digital marketing for Africa and some other free online courses. At the same time, have been listening to season resourceful persons who are speaking about being prepared for life after Covid-19 pandemic. Then more exercise for me which makes me consume more food. It has been awesome experience but can't wait to move out again. |
Video Call like this.
|
In light of the global pandemic currently going on, coupled with the lockdown, so many people are practicing social distancing and self-isolating themselves. Work-from-home have become a norm, while meetings are now a lot easier than they used to be. Now I know there are loads of video calling applications out there, however video conferencing required a little extra from consumer level video chats. To accomplish this you will be needing an application that can support a handful of people, also, this application has to be reliable and stable for business meetings over a long period of time without it crashing. There are a pretty good options in the web, but today I will be providing you with the best five video conferencing applications. (1) Skype The s so happens to be a pretty decent solution for small teams and businesses. This video's conferencing application supports video calls with up to twenty five (25) participants. It’s also completely free as long as everyone has Skype. You can ring people in without Skype, but that does cost a little bit of money. Skype is having a bit of an identity crisis. It wants to be hip and relevant, but it also wants to be decent software for stuff like this. It manages to do both, but it might be a little too colorful for professional types. Still, 25 participants on a solid video connection makes it one of the best and cheapest options for video conferencing apps in it's league. (2) Hangouts Meet Despite the fact that Google gave up on this consumer app, it has managed to thrive as a business software. Hangouts Meet is a free service within Google’s G Suite software. It supports up to fifty (50) participants with above-average video and audio quality. It also syncs with Google Calendar and comes with some additional video conferencing features. This is the obvious option for businesses, schools, and environments that already use G Suite. It might even be good enough to consider G Suite for your business. However, Hangouts Meet and G Suite requires locking yourself into Google’s ecosystem whereas most of the other apps on this list are standalone services. It’s just something to consider though. (3) Zoom Cloud Meetings Despite the fact that there has been some 'Breach of privacy allegations' against this app. This so happens to be another very powerful and effective option in this space. The zoom Cloud Meetings application supports up to a hundred (100) concurrent participants in a single meeting. That’s an impressive number. Additionally, it comes with audio-only, video, and text chatting. The free version is limited but functional. The subscription prices are surprisingly reasonable for how many participants you can get. Some other features include phone call support, webinar and presentation features, and more. The UI is a bit clunky, but the video quality and stability are quite good. This is one of the best and most stable video-conferencing applications. (4) Cisco WebEx Meeting This so happens to be among the biggest video conferencing applications. It is pretty popular with business users and the app has some decent features. That includes joining a meeting with a single tap, customizable video layouts, and you can schedule meetings directly from the app. The video quality was decent and stable during our testing. The app itself is a little clunky. Most complaints include the occasional login issue, minor audio issues, and the app’s clunky UI. However, it should work just fine for most use cases. Pricing varies. You may need to contact Cisco for more accurate pricing. (5) GoToMeeting This so happens to be a new and very popular video conferencing application, it supports up to fifteen (15) participants in the lowest subscription tier and 25-125 in the higher tiers. The app supports audio calls as well as video calls. Some of the other features include a Material Design UI, calendar syncing, a text chat in every meeting, presentation features, and more. The video and audio quality are above average with this one. However, it's twenty-five (25)participant maximum is a little on the low side. This is great for small businesses or small teams within a larger business. If there are other great video-conferencing applications I missed, pls do let us know in the comment section below. Smartphone cameras have undergone huge improvements in recent years, but they've done so without the hardware changing all that much. Sure, lenses and sensors continue to improve, but the big developments have all been in software. So-called computational photography is using algorithms and even machine learning to stitch together multiple photos to yield better results than were previously possible from a tiny lens and sensor. Smartphones are limited by physics. With a small sensor, narrow lens aperture and shallow depth, there are serious challenges in designing an improved phone camera. In particular, these mini cameras suffer from noise -- digital static in the images -- particularly in low light. Combine this with limited dynamic range, and you've got a camera that can perform pretty well in bright daylight, but where image quality starts to suffer as the light dims. To work around this, companies have had to get creative. The biggest advances have all come from ways to stack or combine multiple images in the phone. Depending on how many images are stacked, and how clever the algorithms, this technique can be used to reduce noise, boost the tonal range, take clear shots in the dark, or even artificially boost resolution. These techniques were known to photographers, and they're doable in programs like Photoshop, but the success of computational photography is having all these tricks happen seamlessly and nearly instantaneously, inside your phone. All you have to do is click the shutter, and the software handles the rest. The TAIVOS™(TECNO artificial intelligence vision optimization solution recently introduced on Camon 15 Premiere is an example of how computational photography is making our pictures brighter and better. It's enhance Images even in low light. TAIVOS coupled with Ultra Night Lens makes better edge correction and multi-frame noise reduction, producing more pure and clear night shot. Reduce overexposure to restore true night scene in all directions, improve the image brightness and dynamic range at the same time, shooting brighter photos in dark environments. In essence do away with every useless things on your phone and leave the useful ones in order to improve their functionality. Thanks |
I will go with TECNO spark 4. |
Very good review, like you said they are both good phones with price difference. So our pocket will determine what to go for. But even with the high price, TECNO have the upper hand. |
TECNO Review everywhere , this phone must be good O. If not. |
Probably the price is like that because of exchange rate. |
For Mistechy to do a comparison of a phone Redmi passived to be better than TECNO phone, then Tecno ain't doing bad. You can only compare the best, like Messi like Ronaldo. |
For mistechy to do the comparison of a phone redmi passived to be better than the TECNO phone, it just shows that Tecno ain't as worst as we are made to believe. |
Saw it somewhere that 5000 people Pre-order the TECNO Camon15, that means something is better about the phone and that makes me want to also buy the phone. Anybody with idea of how I can order mine? |
Much improvement from the Camon 12. On their website they claimed to have sold 5000 of the phone through Pre-order. |
