Seerade029: Well, I don't subscribe to some people comment here, that there is hatred between both.
I believe it's Ego that's disturbing both of us. No hatred, there was never a time Igbos and Yoruba fights in real life both in SE and SW.
Just like the normal ego between Davido And Wizkid Messi and Ronaldo
Both regions doesn't wanna bow to the other.
Fun Fact
Both tribes never had physical fights in either of the region
But, they both hate The Fulanis (Esp NW & NE).
Igbos expands to South South, Yorubas expands to North Central.
Igbos are found as a few or no minority in NC, Yorubas are found as a few or no minority in SS.
South southerners are found in South West (Ijaws), North centrals are also found in South East (Igalas)
Both are international criminals, one region is predominantly Drug pushers while the other is predominantly Internet fraudsters. (Sometimes both work together )
One steals his fellow neighbors babies and sell them off for a living the other mine skulls for a living
One head is cone in nature, the other head us flat in nature.
like I said, it's Ego that is disturbing both of us.

Muna4real: Lol. Nigeria is the only country where a tribe that buys land and build houses everywhere are regarded as poor. Then the ones that do not have properties are rich. Funny country ohh It just so happens that Nigeria is also the land of deep delusions where the poorest in the south think they are developing everywhere but their homeland. Interesting country |

Politics › Re: Igbo Presidency : The Igbos And Bridges ( A Deception) by kayfra: 11:36am On Jul 22, 2020 |
Muna4real: For days now, the internet have been carrying news of the interview carried out on a top Nigerian northern politician, Isa funtua where he made a statement concerning igbo presidency, stating that the igbos do not build bridges, and so cannot get the presidency. That is where I am focusing on today. Unfortunately, so many nigerians have supported this statement and have been bashing the igbos, saying that they do not build the imaginary bridges.
First of all let me make it clear to nairalanders that I personally do not give a hoot about igbo presidency. It will not change the south east, igbos, or Nigeria in general, and I believe many igbos feel this way. So I think presidency will just be like an add up to the numerous achievement of the igbos.
So taking about bridges, what do they mean? Does building bridges mean that a whole full region should vote for a particular party out the above 75 political parties in Nigeria ? Or does building bridges mean that you have to vote for a particular individual? I don't really get.
Oya let us analyse this thing. Let me ask nigerians. Is there any region in Nigeria that can measure up to the igbos in terms of building bridges? The igbos do their business everywhere because they "believe " that they are in a country of equal rights. There is no in Nigeria that has ever sacrificed alot for the country like the igbos . They build everywhere, trade everywhere and can own properties everywhere. Can any region in Nigeria boast of the same? What bridges are you even talking about? As it stands now, the south east is the only region in Nigeria that have voted for every region in Nigeria . Can other regions boast of the same?
Sadly, the igbos are the only people that carry the spirit of one Nigeria without being appreciated. Nigerians should see their fault, and make amends.
Let me stop with this question. Which bridge or flyover or whatever have any region built with the igbos? Why must it be about igbos building bridges? Why can't other regions build too? Stop begging for appreciation Fix Igbo poverty first and you'll be appreciated when your people are no longer poor and when you all go back to Mud Republic |
