Do you know how many people that must have saved the guy's number as a scammer before truecaller adopted or acknowledged it? It cannot be 1 or 2 persons.
The thing is that there are lots of other latent people who must have been waiting for such opportunity and the future guy gave it to them.
He made him self the target since he didn't take his peace and conflict resolution classes serious. He was just being unnecessarily difficult. Blame moved from the buyer and then back to him, he knew he had all to lose but he was being non chalant.
Now he's the one crying blue murder. If you like keep threatening poopypant guy, until you successfully drag yourself into the whirlpool by that time you'll be complaining to those that didn't send you. Be wise!

Futurefocus ..it’s a pity you had to go through all these…anyways, there’s a simple way of changing your profile on Truecaller, regardless of what anyone changed it to.
Get a phone with internet capabilities, download the Truecaller app, insert the sim(number) that has been soiled(your business line)…create a profile for the number and put whatever name you desire. Truecaller will automatically edit whatever name that has been previously saved by it’s users, to the name you just changed it to. Cheers.

Let me make you understand something, my friend. When there's a dispute or wrong done to someone, the best method to resolve the dispute or wrong is to first identify it. Second is to let the perpetrator know, and then make moves to resolve the issue.

Sometimes the perpetrator may not know he's the one who's wrong. Letting him know is the way to go. The case wasn't difficult to understand at all. The victim isn't calm, agreed. But she isn't wrong. We like to conflate attitude and character with dispute resolution. While this has it's place, it's necessary to first resolve without emotions, then face whoever is deemed to have a wrong attitude or wrong approach to the dispute. And this goes for both sides.

If this is a court case, the victim may even be sent out of court if she actually behaves like she's posting here, but given the evidence we've been seeing here, she should still win the case and get paid.

I understand why some of you may side with seller: he's not a young person, he has good rep with those he has sold to. Okay. But this should have shown in how swiftly he dealt with the issue before it escalated. He unconsciously aided the escalation. His positions on the issue also kept changing. This is an online platform. The highest currency anyone can have is trust and being seen to be straightforward. Age does not confer this in anyone.

@juliearth. I apologize if you're not the person. And even if you were, I wanted to point out that the seller admitted that she used the wrong appellation for the shoes and (if I remember correctly) made restitution.

I have bought something from seller before now (headset) I can tell the type of person seller is (more reason i'm convinced he can't do a refund). thank you for this.... I was not going to support the seller in anyway before but the way all of them just jump on him and started calling and tagging him a scammer made me angry. I mean furious. The seller was forming too busy to attend to the woman properly, I think only if he knows how all this will end he would have. My anger is with d people that started calling him scammer and that's why I didn't reply the woman when she called me names because my anger is not even with her.

you are not been reasonable at all this guy is not selling the phone base on android version his selling point doesn't include that. Even if the tab no get version he just sell base on the capacity of the tab. Which is why I want to believe the buyer did not mention YouTube from day one it was along the line in there transactions that the woman mentioned it.

I don't believe it has a faulty charging port par say cos she said non of the the five chargers she used worked on the tab, note* not like it is shaking ooo. And here is that same tab still operational as shown by the seller in picture he attach for the crack touch earlier, so how did he charge it. And it is not like the battery is removable. See what I think is happening here is that the seller is not experienced enough to deal with customers like the buyer yet and I think he will over time. But the seller did not scam the buyer in anyway before you guys tag him one and destroy his rep

See @FutureFocus try and find a tab that YouTube works on via the app or browser and give it to her since that's what she's particular about. Don't give her any updated android version at all because it is like she want to start using the tab for more than what you stated it is meant for and that's why she want one with latest android

I believe buyer had to bring issue here when she sensed he was being tricky and honestly that something petty stated by you is called satisfaction. He decided to joke with his rep when......he made that decision to mismanage her
