we need to stop conflating culture with law. law should be there to PROTECT. In fact, the reason why gays have rights in western countries is because the law promotes human rights for ALL. whether you are gay or straight, child or adult, or tall or short or deaf or dumb or blind, muslim or christian. the law will protect you in America (at least 95% better than a country like Nigeria) as long as you do not harm or steal from others.
that is the big difference between Nigeria and western countries.

There should be a control room somewhere where the "health" of each panel is monitored! I could be wrong but if i am right, does it mean that the control room is not able to detect that this panel is bad.
