It's been a long time, greetings everyone! While we are reminiscing about old times and all, I just wanna know what happened to Sailor who used to be active on this crypto thread? Dude used to drop it hot! |
Tamel:Can you explain the term "flash funds"? Do you mean funds can appear and disappear like vanishing act or do you mean something else? |
Whoever recommended pancake here, many thanks o! How una dodo? E don black finish abi una fit savage something from am ![]() |
Wahala be like bnb...easy to enter, hard to commot ![]() |
Sysdatek:Impressive portfolio to say the least. That value just weak me. You must have been accumulating since last year or prior. I still don't get this perceived negativity of some here. They ask you is this coyn good to go, u say no. They ask about others, u say "shit coyn". They ask you to recommend, u say select from top 20. They select from there, u still complain and say na shit coyn. Why not tell them what is preferable instead of rigmaroling? Makes one wonder if you even know your stuff. If they were all waiting for the elusive coyns, na so some for don miss bnb & bteecee that has appreciated in value. It's always good to go with your guts while sifting out the noise from contents. I saw bnb go from $39 to $140 and crash to $118 before I pulled the trigger. If I was waiting for someone to tell me what to do, I would have missed out(even though I missed out earlier at $38) Meanwhile, technical analysis should support fundamentals of a coyn, on the subject of bnb, there are many factors at play here: Ease of use Cheaper fees compared to ethy gas fees Scalability etc Hypothetically say there's a crash, how can bnb go so low to zero or $5? except there's some unforeseen circumstances, act of God, coordinated attack (cyber, political etc) I don't see it crashing to $40 anytime soon. The ecosystem is important, retail investors trade with in and settle fees with it. We haven't touched mass adoption by the big institutions or the bigger whales like Microstrategy, Chamath, etc I was always sceptical about Ltcee for many years until last year when paypal announced they will be going cripto and included it for integration. Let's see how Q1 will go and if they include it but that should tell us something, mass adoption is getting closer and closer. Let's encourage one another and keep digging news catalyst on the horizons. Oga bigjay, I see you ooo u don reach here too |
Tyche:This tornado resemble man di.k abi na my eye de picture something else.. |
stokfrick:Hey! Though your question was for others to answer, let me add a few pointers fundamentally... In the EV space and indeed the broader start up scene, three things to note: 1) proof of concept: On this Nikola fails. There's no proof that shows this product in reality. All talk here is future tense. It's hard for investors to be swayed by something that is simply design aesthetic. At least we see tesla with the roadster, cybertruk etc We see Hyllion with a proof of concept that actually works. 2) Scalability: Nikola has not shown any roadmap on how they intend to scale their trucks. How fast can they scale orders of thousands when such are demanded? Where's the factory? What is existing currently? How can they react to demand and supply? 3) Good management: As we all know, mgt can make or mar your investment and that is why investors take time to buy into the person behind the product before they buy into the product or company itself(e.g take a look at the board of Hyllion, then you have Elon Musk for Tesla) I'm not convinced Trevor is the right person to take this company to the moon as his actions and utterances leave much to be desired. Their last earnings shows profit of $36k for a car company and wait for it, the profit was from something not related to car sales! I still maintain it's a speculative play at best and I have no interest in buying based on the above pointers. Invest wisely!! |
Skymoore1004:This mindset is wrong! Many a times people need a little push or encouragement and confidence when venturing into a new sphere of life ( be it a start of a new business or investing in foreign markets) When someone posts his/her screenshot of daily buys or gains,it may encourage one to take the bold and initial step. Recall that the early contributors to this channel started by posting their screenshot, people asked questions and got encouragement along the way (you inclusive) To then call such an act as "show off" is a little too salty. I don't understand why people in this part of the world always read meaning to things even when intentions are clear. On so many international platforms that I am on, you see people posting their day trades, losses, gains, monthly yields, portfolio sizes etc and no one accuses or terms them as "show off" rather people ask pertinent questions ( how long have you held?, How long have you been in the market?, What were your biggest losses?, What economic indicators played a pivotal role in buying, holding or selling that asset? ) Please let's change this mindset!! P.S: People posting their screenshots should not be deterred and continue to do so as they deem fit. |
Coolcash1:On the contrary, Apple at current levels is not overvalued. We talking largest market cap on the bourse with cash reserves exceeding $200b!!!! I do agree with the " slow it down" part. |
Skymoore1004:I needed to make a speculative play and was limited in cash reserve. I imagine the stock price at today's opening.. |
afroxyz:Just when I decided to pull out my funds here today and refire elsewhere... Elon pulls this out. Will have to wait till post split levels (ain't gonna chase this one) S&P inclusion and battery day are also triggers to watch out for in due course (for those following tesla) Ride your winners!! |
lafuria1:Ah! You beat me to it. Impressive from Amazon (10x) On the bold, good news to some, bad to others, neutral to the watchers.... What side of the divide are you? |
OakPearl:Hi! I have to say be careful with the bolded. No proof of concept, nothing to show that Trevor has gone from talk to action only for him to quickly step aside as CEO of Nikola and assume chairmanship ( that is an easy way of shifting blame if gbege happen) At best na speculative play.... Even the Chinese EV manufacturers have better track record with demand to show for it. Where's number 4? |
The protests brought a lot of things into light, making the German government to bring up discussions about tackling racism and systemic racism. Berlin just passed an anti-discrimination law that prevents public officials, police, schools from discriminating against anyone based on skin color, religion, sexual orientation, age, background, illness, etc. It gives people the right to sue public officials if they’ve been discriminated against, and be awarded compensation. The new law also says that you cannot discriminate against anyone because they don’t speak German. Public officials like the Foreigners office, Rathaus, Job center, have always done that. But now, you can sue them if they refuse you service or deny you opportunity because you don’t speak German. Unless it is something that lawfully requires German language. You can also sue the police if you’ve been racially profiled or discriminated against. This is a huge breakthrough for us. Especially those of us that have faced discrimination in housing and from government workers.[/quote]Wow! So much info I wasn't up to date with. I didn't get a chance to ask you this before the thread was locked. Do you mind if we connect and hang out here in Berlin? You are quite knowledgeable in areas I need info bitte. I don't know how to use the private message thing, hence my asking here. |
arduino:This one looks like P& D Meanwhile anyone notice tech space today... Lots are reaching 52 week/ATH. I get that of AAPL but what is driving others? |
