2017: 1 incident, 4 deaths,
2019: 1 incident, 3 deaths
2020: 3 incidents, 10 deaths
2021: 3 incidents, 18 deaths
2024: 1 incident, 3 deaths,
2025: 3 incidents, 10 deaths,

These are not whispers or unverified tales, but recorded deaths with names, faces, and grieving families behind them. The injured both permanent and temporary are not captured in table above.
