It's not an error. The awards were actually instituted in early 80s when naira has value. Unfortunately, the boards of trustees of those entities have not increased the value of the award to reflect the present inflation realities.

This judgement has cleared my eyes on some EFCC powers. I kept on wondering on the numerous final forfeiture order the high courts have been granting EFCC like candy. This judgement ought to put a halt to recklessness of EFCC and it's incompetence in handling court cases.
