I love to see healty conversation on these companies VConnect, Jumia, Konga, Kaymu, Dealdey, Supermartng etc Believee me, running e-commerce in Nigeria is very difficult. Especially doing the logistics. Also, there are loads of fake buyers. Even when a business is open to pay on delivery, some people just waste your time and resources. There is no point condemning them. These e-commerce sites do alot of work to make businesses work in Nigeria. We may have had some hurtful experience with them, but they have been fulfilling orders for other customers and helping businesses to make sale. A round of applause for them all.  |

I believe this is Ifeoma at Lekki that bought a 1.2kva inverter. After the purchase, you requested for a refund and you were refunded. Same inverter was given to my mother inlaw just to confirm your claim. And the inverter is still in use till date. There is no point trying to bring down a company with pedigree, please check out our reviews on VConnect.com Also, we have retained clients in same Lekki, Benin, Portharcourt, Lokoja and more.
